We had a wonderful time here. Room was clean and we felt safe (30 year old niece with 65 yr old aunt). A bit noisy from people above and next door, but not bad. Check in person was very nice. Check out girl was exceptional! Cabana Jeff was excellent!! Only downside was menu selections were somewhat limited….a little fancier than we were looking for but what we had was outstanding!! Have already recommended to friends. Thanks grassy flats. 😊

Great location with private beach, 2 pools, and a variety of watersports available. Restaurant on property was great. The staff was amazing. Would definitely return.

Well cared for, good in house restaurant?, thoughtful staff. Wish there was in room cups for beverages. Frig and morning coffee on deck was nice.

Clean and perfect. Stayed in the adult only building. Nearly had the pool to ourselves. The only thing we missed was a microwave. Food in the area is very expensive. We will visit again!
