酒店地理位置不在城中C位 離聖母大教堂20分鐘步行距離 CI的時候給的是327號房間 是內置窗 和前台交涉 説衹剩了大床房 問題是樓上就是整個酒店空調的外機置放處 嗡嗡嗡嗡不能忍 再次交涉換到317才清凈 明明有雙床房空置的嘛 酒店有免費打印 去機場前一定記得打好值機牌

攜程導航不準，瓜納華託是單行道，繞了三圈浪費了三刻鐘，才問路人找到。酒店就是精品酒店，前台小姐熱情，早餐點餐量不能滿足。距索道步行約16分鐘。

服務很好，然後酒店的Wi-Fi壞了，酒店衹是向我道歉，我不得不為此多花錢購買移動網絡。我提出了賠償要求，經理給了我免費的早餐

房間環境，前台服務都OK，餐廳服務太差，早餐可選少，不要買帶早餐的選項，完全不值。 唯一的好處是有自帶停車場。

廁所很乾凈，房間很大，地理位置好。離機場開車30mins。
