My husband and I drove from Bel Air MD to Marion NC to surprise my sister for her 75th surprise birthday party. We needed a place to stay after driving 8 hours. We arrived at the Comfort Inn in Marion, NC around 10:30 PM. Our stay, even just the one night was wonderful. The Comfort Inn really lives up to it's name. The beds were just right, the Comfort Inn was very clean, it was quiet, and the staff was so polite and helpful, both evening and morning staff. The Comfort Inn was not expensive and was centered locally in the town. I would suggest this Comfort Inn to all travelers heading in this direction. 5 stars

Hands down, friendliest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere was so laid back and caring. The night shift lady would just sit down and carry on a conversation with you and it was like you were talking to a long long friend. Pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake.
