Very important to know you need to book your morning transportation in advance. There's no uber or lyft service, no shuttle. I had to pay $30 for 5 miles for a ride to MWA Airport. The rest was great, staff, cleanliness, breakfast.

While hotel needs some upgrades and maintenance, the staff are excellent. Tara at the front desk is super friendly and helpful. Jason the breakfast server was super about keeping the breakfast buffet stocked, he was also friendly. The rooms need some upgrades as the carpets and furniture are stained and one of our mattresses was clearly worn out. The fitness center had 2 out of 3 pieces of equipment non functional and the hot tub was not operational either. Other than that, the hotel was nice to stay in for a quick overnight.

There were signs that no pets were allowed, however there were people with pets, so apparently they don’t enforce the no pet rule. There are some people who are allergic to pets and that is not good policy to advertise no pets and not enforce it.

We arrived after a long drive. Sandy greeted us with a warm smile. Checked us in & made sure we had a room that provided a quiet evening. There was a basketball team staying ( well behaved) but she made sure our room was away & back side away from the road noise. Great night sleep. Nice location & easy to find.

The room had food left in the refrigerator and on the table. The sink and shower had used soap in it. That’s unacceptable to me. Unsanitary at its finest. The staff was friendly. The breakfast bar had no hot food during breakfast and no forks.

Service was great. Front desk staff very nice. Room was big and clean, just a little dated with style/decor. Pull out sofa was bad, and my daughter scraped her arm and leg on the metal pieces when climbing in to it. Breakfast was plentiful, but breads were hardened and dried out. Would stay again if passing through.
