Horrible experience, Avoid - Ended up in hospital with food poisoning. I visited this hotel from 31st October - 13th November 2023 with my wife and young daughter. Such a disappointing stay unfortunately as I got food poisoning from the hotel food, not once but twice over the course of the 2 week stay. My wife also got it on the last day and threw up 8 times over the course of 12 hours. My first food poisoning episode came on the 4th day where the hotel doctor called for a car from the hospital. This was following a few days of extreme sickness and stomach upset. I had to stay overnight in Ahu Hospital and was given 5x drips over the course of 2 days. I was then sent back to the hotel and recovered within around 5 days of resting in the room. This struck again on the day before we were due to come home. My wife started throwing up excessively. Then within a few hours I was bad too. We had to fly home both ill with our young daughter which was horrible. I spoke to management about these issues but unfortunately they couldn’t care less. I must add that the only food we ate was in the hotel. When you book to stay at a hotel, you put your trust in it and the staff. The hotel have abused this trust. The stress and anxiety it causes to have to be sent to hospital as a result of negligence is unforgivable. Other than this, the hotel is modern, rooms are nice and spacious, restaurant staff friendly. BUT please please please do not put your health at risk visiting a place like this. There are plenty of other resorts in Marmaris that I have stayed at with no faults.

Firstly let’s break this down some of the hotel staff were brilliant and friendly unlike some of the waiters and one barman who was as miserable as sin unless you was a young fit woman, then he smiled. Jet2 holidays let us down by not informing us the area was shutting down on top of that the hotel shutting its sister hotel and cramming everyone into this one. Food was ok for the first couple of days then it got boring. Very samey. Our room had seen better days and was looking tired (photos). Guests putting their towels out at 4am 5am added to the frustration even though it was against hotel rules. Silly things like why put the ice cream and afternoon cakes the other side of the hotel. A nice place to stay but not at end of season unless you want a 11 hour boat excursion. Come on Green nature at least tidy your rooms up. Would we stay again. No. Would we visit Turkey again. No.

We visited mid April 2024 for our honeymoon/first family holiday. We had a really nice time and a much needed relaxing week with our 1yr old. The room was large, clean and well equipped with toiletries and soft drinks/water - which was restocked every day. We were provided with a cot and plenty of extra blankets and a warm duvet on request. The restaurant was lovely, with a huge selection of food. Myself and my son have dietary requirements and cannot have dairy, the food was clearly labelled for allergens which was a pleasant surprise and we still found plenty we could eat. Mevlut looked after us wonderfully and made sure we were able to find a seat at our favourite table even during busy times, he got us a high chair and drinks which was a great help with a hungry toddler to feed! He helped entertain our son and even gifted him with a toy lion - his favourite! He definitely made meal times more enjoyable, and less difficult with a small hungry child - thank you Mevlut!! We enjoyed a Turkish bath at the spa, which consisted of a Hamam scrub, a massage and a relaxing lie down with a face mask and some delicious Turkish tea - would definitely recommend! The only slight constructive criticism I would make is that the swimming pools were very cold - we did expect this to be the case in April, but even the indoor pools were cold, including the baby pools - too cold for our son. I had expected the indoor pools to be warmer so that we could swim with our son, but we didn't manage to spend much time in the water before we had to get out and warm him up.

Went with the family 8 of us with my mum who is on a wheelchair. Day we checked in they didn't have the right rooms it was supposed to be 3 rooms with 3 each in 2 rooms and 1 room with 2 each but the 2 rooms only had a double bed so they had to squeeze 2 more beds in a small room and they didn't give my mum a disability room. So whole week my mum was struggling to use the bathroom. When we complained they changed 2 rooms but my mum's Room couldn't be changed because they didn't have a disabled accessable room. The WiFi was the worst I have ever experienced.(Be prepared to lose connection or have no connection) Food was amazing. Gym facilities were really good. Steam/sauna dirty run down. The front staff and customer relations don't listen to you When they say customer is always right with this hotel customer is always wrong because they never believe what you tell them. We got charged 75 EUROS for late check out as our flight was at midnight they wanted us to check out at midday,with being with my mum who is 72 years old we couldn't wait around the hotel for 12 hours. Our air con wasn't working called them 3 times they came and checked they said it's working but it wasn't so I called them again 4th guy said definitely not working he reset the Aircon from maintenance room came back Aircon was working so the 3 guys who came clearly lieing. Location is ok with so many fake shops who went to rip you off so be careful if they say £10 you just say £5 and walk away. I wouldn't stay here again mainly because of the front staff who don't listen . All the restaurants staff are amazing.

We enjoyed our stay with as a family. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Mevlut, Ali, Ahmet and Meltem. The food was great and we enjoyed each meal. In addition to the facilities of the hotel and the peaceful environment.

3 words DO NOT COME. avoid at all cost. This hotel and holiday is the worst one i’ve ever been on in my life. Booked through love hoildays. We loved the photos and thought let’s just book. We arrived at the airport at 9:35. We didn’t get off the plane until 10pm then we went through passport control we was out the airport at 10:30. We then set off on the coach at 11:30pm. We finally arrived at 1:35. But we was transferr to the wrong hotel. We finally got to our hotel at 1:45am in the morning. When we got here rude horrible staff. We just got given a key card not giving us any directions we was sent to find our own room. Got followed but 3 men very uncomfortable stay had to run to our room. 2 girls on hoilday we felt very unsafe in this environment. We got hit on my life guards, employees and management. 100% DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL. unfortunately we will never be returning as we felt very unsafe as the staff didn’t even care or help us around this hotel. We felt very singled out as everyone else received help and we got no help at all. Never we will be returning.

I have visited the hotel for the first time and I’m already booking my next trip in July !!! I must say John from The water sports is absolutely amazing the best man I have ever met so kind and wonderful PLEASE book your water sports with him he’s so caring and wonderful xxxxx

Enjoyed every bit, really nice service, and friendly staff. The kids club did an amazing job. They are open for a long time of the day. My daughter loved it. So many activities and dancing included. Dora, Naz and Zek from a kids club are so friendly, playing with children and do all kind different activities. they dance with kids in the evening too. Recommend 100%

Just back from a fantastic 10 night stay here with my friend. Our stay was very good. The staff were very friendly and you were always taken care of especially in the main restaurant by Sultan and Meltem. The girls couldn't do enough for you. The pool area is very busy with families but during our stay the Adult Only pool opened which was a total game changer. Only issue I had was the lack of seating outside between the main pool and the restaurant, as someone with mobility issues the walk is quite tiresome so having somewhere to rest for a couple of seconds would have been great. Thanks for a great relaxing time.
