Very nice B&B near the main square. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice seating area on the terrace. Great customer service and breakfast. Provided safe storage for our bicycles. Convenient to a number of restaurants.

Place to be in Marzamemi. Consiglio vivamente questo B&B a Marzamemi come unica opzione da prendere in considerazione. Infatti si affaccia sulla celebre piazzetta. La proprietaria, la Sig.ra Giada, è molto ospitale e pronta ad aiutarvi con i piani per la giornata. Le camere non sono enormi ma curate e pulite. La colazione è la chicca: molto vasta, dolce e salato in abbondanza e servita direttamente sulla terrazza che si affaccia sulla piazza e sul mare. Se proprio uno deve trovare un (piccolo) neo: un po' tanta luce in camera già alle 6 del mattino. Ma in generale esperienza top.

Nice clean and large room, great location, amazing rooftop deck right on the main plaza, very nice breakfast, 10 minute walk to beach - plenty to do in the area.

Plus: Posizione strategica, panorama bellissimo tra la famosa piazzetta di Marzamemi e il mare. Terrazza ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti perfetta per momenti di relax. Colazione ben fornita. Minus: camera con vista ma purtroppo senza protezione adeguata per la privacy; sembra di stare in esposizione al passaggio delle persone che circolano nella piazza. Il bagno ha una grande finestra, ma senza possibilità di apertura = condensa perenne. Tra l'altro un odore molto forte che proveniva probabilmente dallo scarico. La Terrazza, per quanto bellissima, ma a mio gusto, totalmente priva di manutenzione. Mi sarebbe piaciuto incontrare la cordialità, l'attenzione verso il cliente e la gentilezza di cui molti hanno recensito e invece ahime sono rimasta molto delusa. Mi dispiace ma da non consigliare e da non tornare.

Purtroppo L’aspettativa creata dalle recensioni è stata delusa. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una struttura con un potenziale altissimo la terrazza con una vista unica e una posizione centrale. La trascuratezza e la mancanza di cura purtroppo non sono adeguate al potenziale

Excellent B&B Situé sur la place principale Village de pêcheurs très joli et animé Restaurant et bar à proximité Chambre avec une literie confortable, joliment décoré et sdb à rénover notamment la douche…. Dommage Petit déjeuner excellent et pris sur une terrasse avec vue sur la mer

Esperienza strepitosa. Il B&B è in una posizione fantastica con una vista mozzafiato sulla piazza di marzamemi ma la vera differenza la fanno giada e suo marito… attenti ad ogni dettaglio e veramente molto gentili e disponibili. Colazione sulla terrazza imperdibile. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio

Abbiamo soggiornato in un paese meraviglioso che sembra di altri tempi . Peccato una struttura che fa dell’apparenza il suo forte , in realtà siamo scappati dopo solo una notte , arredi scadenti , climatizzatore rumoroso e nonostante le nostre rimostranze non è successo nulla ; colazione non all’altezza e parecchi prodotti confezionati . Peccato perché Marzamemi merita ben altro e non dimentichiamoci che siamo in sicilia . Cara signora non ci rivedremo certamente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo b&b nel settembre 2023 per una vacanza di relax. La titolare scontrosa e indisponente, camera con arredi economici stile ikea: letto scomodo e traballante. Per non parlare della colazione… Dopo una notte, siamo fuggiti!
