Great location by Kings Island. Breakfast was good. Was easy to get in and out of the hotel

The pillows ****** and the bed wasn’t the best. Worst sleep I’ve ever had at a hotel. Sore neck all day. Everything else about the hotel was good. Honestly could have had a little more to choose from or change up for breakfast.

The staff was excellent. We had a large number of guests in the lobby for a long time. Their were very tolerant of us and we very much appreciated it. Hotel was clean and quiet. Great weekend.

Refreshing & loved the breakfast. The fridge didn't work & AC thermostat wasn't working but room and overall experience was good.

Overall, hotel was clean and staff friendly. When we first checked in, the room smelled like sewage- we were able to change rooms immediately (smaller room). Rooms are clean but spartan- not much space- no place to open a large suitcase except on the bed. Location was good and facilities seem well maintained.

This is a very nice Hotel. I was very impressed how nice the whole place looked. I will go back here again. It’s clean , friendly, and easy access to business and restaurants all nearby. Oh it’s really easy to enjoy a day or two at Kings Island amusement park just across the bridge. Let friendly too! Give it a try. I’m glad I did for sure! Nana

Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations for local dining. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortably sized with a great bed perfect after long days at the park. Location is convenient, just a short drive to Kings Island and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Check in was really fast and easy. Room was great, Clean and well stocked. Asked for fresh towels on day two and they was there when we got back. Will stay here again if in the area.

Property amenities were good. Eating options nearby. Only complaint was the hallways and elevator smelled awful musty.
