This hotel is beautiful, the staff very nice, always smiling and attentive to customers, very professional. Very good food. Very professional massage too. Room cleaning on request Possibility of renting a bungalow with its private heated swimming pool I will come back definitely

We have stayed at Vista Bonita a few times, the sister hotel to Seven. We always loved it there so decided to try Seven hotel. We were not disappointed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool area is wonderful and the lounger options make it a special place to relax and enjoy the sun. We stayed in a suite bed and breakfast. The real highlight of this hotel is the food. Every meal we had was absolutely incredible. Fantastically high standards and presented beautifully. Top tip. Try the bruschetta. It’s the best I’ve ever had!! Our room was very spacious and clean upon arrival. Furnishings are lovely and the air con is a real treat when you get a little too hot in that GC sunshine. The bed pillows did give me a very bad neck ache but I appreciate that everyone is different and some people may find it very comfy. It simply wasn’t what I was used to but when we go again I’ll take my own memory foam pillow. I only mention this as if you differ from neck or back pain you may want to do the same. Upon arrival they had a drag show for entertainment in the evening. It was the only entertainment once a week which is perfect really as most guys would be heading to the Yumbo etc anyways. The show was really fun and good value for money with the dinner combined. The cocktails were very good!! Especially the pina colada. The staff bring the cocktails to wherever you’re sunbathing during the day which is a real nice touch. The pool was heated and so clean. The jacuzzi was also immaculate and a real nice place to chat to the other guests and make friends. Our only issue throughout our two week stay was that our bed was only changed once. The hotel advertised as every 4 days. We did accidentally forget to place the cleaning sign on the door for one day so perhaps that messed up their cleaning schedule for our room. That said, it did get a little off putting when the bed sheets were not changed. The hotel is a 30 minute walk to the Yumbo and a 35 minute walk to the Maspalomas lighthouse. We quite enjoyed the walks and their pleasant routes. However, if you don’t/ can’t walk long distances the hotel staff are always happy to call a taxi or alternatively there is a taxi rank 5 minute walk away. It’s also in a nice quiet area f Maspalomas so you won’t have issues getting any sleep. On our last day sadly there was not a courtesy room available as it was all fully booked. We sunbathed for a few hours before leaving for the airport. Obviously we wouldn’t want to fly n tanning creams etc so we were very pleasantly surprised the shower facilities in their wellness area. It really meant we had no issue and could enjoy that last few hours stay there. I cannot stress how lovely a time we had at Seven. The wonderful staff make it extra special. We will definitely be staying at Seven again and would recommend it to anyone. What a wonderful experience - I only wished we had stayed sooner! So relaxed and comfortable, not just the rooms but the whole complex. The highlight, though, is probably the staff. From the moment of arrival to departure, they are all so friendly, helpful and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. The whole place just feels so friendly and comfortable. We will return again soon!

Again another great time at this resort; excellent dine and wine; superb staff. Rooms are comfortable, beds are nice, resort is safe and clean; all staff are kind and pamper you day by day. Good food choices and excellent wines. Value for money !!

Our first visit here and apparently we were lucky to find a cancellation at short notice, as January is peak season for the Canaries and this hotel is always booked up - and rightly so! From check in information to check out, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The standard room we had was spacious, clean and had everything we needed from tea making facilities, mini bar, bathroom amenities and robes. Housekeeping will visit every day (put out the door hanger to let them know) and they will clean and leave fresh towels etc. Pool towels are changed on request and you can do this via the bar or reception. The hotel only has 21 or so rooms, arranged in groups of bungalows around the pool, hot tub and bar/restaurant area. The size makes it tranquil and the perfect place to relax, although the free wifi easily allows you to keep in touch with the outside world from anywhere on the property (should you wish to!) Breakfast was plentiful, with Antonio and the team on hand to make sure you have everything you need. No issues ever getting a table for refreshments and bar service. The lads working each evening on the bar were exceptional and all praise to them for everything they did for us, bring us drinks and snacks to the room when I wasn't feeling too great one evening, organising taxis to town etc. A car can be useful if you wish to explore the island, the mountain drive to Tejeda is spectacular and we enjoyed a visit to the capital and the Rum distillery Arehucas there. There is plenty of free and safe car parking on the street right outside the hotel main entrance on the little cul-de-sac. Also had a massage in the small downstairs spa area (just a sauna and showers here) and this was fantastic and well priced. Jose on reception was ultra friendly and helpful too. This place is an oasis in Maspalomas and I will not hesitate to recommend it to friends and definitely stay again, without a doubt. As mentioned by other reviewers it is the friendliness of the team of wonderful staff here that really makes a beautiful hotel and pool stand out. They deserve our thanks and praise. (for other guests we highly recommend Lola restaurant in town for an exceptionally special dinner, and if going to the mountains, La Dorotea bar/restaurant in Tejeda for tapas lunch)

A perfect hotel, modern, well appointed, great facilities and amazing staff. This place is an oasis of calm. We were upgraded on arrival from a standard room to a suite, and were treated like kings for the rest of our stay. The staff are amazing, friendly and kind, they really make you feel special. The food is fantastic- we were half board and enjoyed every meal that we had. They serve a good selection of wines and the cocktails are sublime! Our stay finished with a fantastic evening of dining and drag - perfect!

David at the restaurant is such a star. He has a great vibe that all the guests love. He creates and radiates warmth and happiness. For me he stood out, shinning brighter than the sun. What an asset to the hotel.

I stayed here for the first week of Maspalomas pride, the hotel itself is immaculate and well styled. The pool area is well stocked with various loungers and beds. I was in a suite which was spacious and had everything you needed. I had an issue with the room which was quickly resolved, they had to put me in the private villa for 2 nights (same as a suite but with private pool and hot tub). The staff are really friendly and welcoming as a solo traveller it's nice to be made to feel welcome. The food is good with an ample breakfast and good choices for lunch and dinner with great service. My only drawback, is I picked this hotel to avoid the places where guys are ********** everywhere, which is fine if you want that but a few guys (it may be different with different guests) decided it was ok to use the pool area and the hot tubs (including the sun lounger right next to me) as their own playground rather than their rooms. I'm no prude, far from it, but if I want to watch guys ********** I'll go to a sex club or stay in one of the other resorts. This didn't spoil my trip but what I wanted was to relax in peace and quiet.

For the 5 th time in The Seven! Great again! Staff know us already. Special thanks to Manuel, he makes our stay so personal! Food in evening was also good. Lunch this time, ceaser salad, was less than last year. Breakfast still very good although some things in Breakfast were not there anymore like optimel, small bottles of juice. And please do not accept so many day passes/ day visitors. It happened that normal hotel guests have no sunbed at the pool when there are many day visitors. So still some things to improve. I have never seen a hotel in which they really clean everything every day even all the sunbeds. But we will come back for our 6 th time.
