"We stayed here for 2 weeks early July and had the most amazing fantastic time. Clean gorgeous beautiful place. The pool is lovely the food is lovely the staff are so helpful the rooms are so clean. I would like to mention how nice kind and helpful the lady called Cecilia who checked us in when we arrived and was so helpful throughout our stay. The reception are so kind and helpful but Cecilia really made our holiday better for all the family."

"What a fabulous little gem! If you're looking for somewhere that's relaxed, friendly and peaceful - look no further. We were so impressed by the staff, the facilities and the food - such great value for money. Our room/apartment had everything we needed for our stay and it was very clean. There are several communal areas where you can sit, in the sun or shade, to relax with a drink. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool, and each apartment has their own too. The food is delicious; the restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner (until 11pm). We hired a car as we wanted to explore the island a bit more - but if you're staying in the Maspalomas area you can walk to the town and beaches within about 20 minutes and there is a taxi rank right outside the hotel. We will definitely be returning to Fortuny Resort!"

"The good part is people are very nice and.friendly, super helpful. Service is good as well. Location is perfect, touristic, but not too crowdy. However, hotel facility is not well maintained. Our doors in the room can barely be closed, bathroom is pretty dirty, i can see mold in the corner, the structure of the room is weird, at night, u need to close all doors in the room to avoid lights in the hallway ourside of the room, breakfast is just soso, have all the basics, but not tasty. boiled eggs are even cold. We didnt use the swimming pool, cannot comment on that."
