A due passi dal centro di Matera e dai sassi, ottimo residence, pulito, con tutti i confort m. Letto comodissimo, bagno in camera, zona cucina con Macchinetta del caffè, ottima accoglienza, il proprietario ci ha dato delle dritte su Matera e su cosa vedere. Prezzo davvero competitivo. Consigliatissimo

Palazzo fatiscente come la casa, per nulla ospitante. La stanza in stile anni 70 piccola, buio e male arredata. Colazione inclusa nel prezzo vergognosa, con burro md e fette biscottate conad. Nel prezzo era incluso anche un cadeaux mai ricevuto. Esperienza pessima.
