We stayed in this unique B&B for 5 days and it was amazingly nice. It is very centrally located just one minute walk off Piazza del Sedile and 5 minutes walk from Piazza Vittorio Veneto. The place was spotless, fully equipped including a supplied fridge-freezer, coffee machine with coffee pods being replenished on daily basis, electfic kettle, central heating, air conditioning, hairdryer and TV. The host, la signora Monica, was very welcoming upon our arrival and immediately briefed us with the necessary information about Matera and provided us with a guide book and a map. The best thing about this B&B is that the host lives there too so it was a peace of mind just in case we required anything else. Breakfast was fresh and more than enough: freshly cut hams, cheeses, fresh bread, fruits, cereals, jams, butter, biscuits and last but not least fresh cakes and croissants. If I happen to be in Mater again, I would definitely stay here again. Nothing to complain. Well done to the host and keep up the great work!! PS. Do not miss visiting L'Arturo - Enogastronomia. It is a very beautiful shop with fresh local products packed daily. You can have a quick snack there or buy something to take home. The shop is in Piazza del Sedile next to the steps that lead you to the B&B.

Host super cortesi e prodighi di indicazioni e spiegazioni! Camera ampia con ogni comodità, pulita e ben arredata. Colazione ottima e abbondante, composta da prodotti del territorio e preparati freschi ...... Che dire, un "viaggio premio per le nozze d'oro, regalato da figlie e parenti" molto piacevole ed interessante alla scoperta di luoghi sconosciuti! Excellent emplacement au cœur des Sassis dans le Sasso Barrissano. Une belle chambre immense avec terrasse au calme, un petit déjeuner préparé avec soin par la maîtresse de maison avec des produits locaux. Que demander de mieux, nous avons eu les conseils avisés pour les visites et une attention de nos hôtes avec sourire et bienveillance. Nous recommandons vivement !

Ottima esperienza di tre notti in questo b&b situato proprio sotto al Duomo in una posizione che ti permette di raggiungere facilmente il parcheggio,se vai in auto, nonché le piazze principali ed i meravigliosi vicoli di questa città. La camera che ci è stata resa disponibile era grandissima ed in 4 persone ci siamo stati molto bene. Pulizia all'ennesima potenza, buon gusto nell'arredo(il che non guasta!), molto calda ed accogliente. Bagno ampio con ampia cabina doccia e dotato di ogni confort(addirittura latte detergente e dischetti struccanti per le signore!) Colazioni estremamente ricche e variate ogni mattina. L'unico appunto,forse, c'è da aspettare un pochino con le bevande calde,ma l'attesa vale la pena. Dimenticavo! Wi-fi veloce e più che funzionante.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo splendido bed and breakfast, una stupenda location. Siamo stati accolti da Monica, simpaticissima e gentilissima. Camera esageratamente grande e originale, molto pulita. La colazione è favolosa e abbondante servita in un terrazzino con vista sui Sassi. consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questo splendido bed and breakfast. Siamo stati accolti dalla gentilissima Monica che ci ha dato molte informazioni. Camera ampia e molto pulita. Ottima posizione a 5-10 minuti circa dal posteggio a pagamento, in centro nel Sasso Barisano vicino a piazza del Sedile. La colazione è favolosa e abbondante con prodotti locali di qualità servita in un terrazzino con vista sui Sassi. Consigliatissimo!

Ospitalità perfetta. Camera pulitissima con disponibilità di caffè e bollitore. Bagno ampio e pulito. Posizione spettacolare e vicinissima al parcheggio a pagamento. Semplicemente perfetto per una visita a Matera. Guida per il tour consigliata da Monica veramente divertente

Siamo stati 9 gg in questa splendida città e il nostro soggiorno è stato reso davvero speciale grazie alla ospitalità, alla gentilezza della signora Monica. Le camere sono molto curate, estremamente pulite. La posizione è ideale per visitare la città perchè al confine tra il cuore dei sassi e la parte alta della città. Infine ottima la colazione. E' il nostro secondo soggiorno presso l'Arturo e sicuramente ci torneremo.
