The rooms were clean and the food was very delicious.

The open-air bath attached to the room was the best. During my stay, I went there as many times as I had the chance. In addition, the staff at check-in in the room and at the restaurant were very responsive, and we had a wonderful time. The food, both dinner and breakfast, is delicious and the portions are just right. The local Kagura ``Yamata no Orochi'' performed by the staff was a reasonable amount of time, and it was a meaningful time that allowed us to feel the charm of the area. We also enjoyed the free popsicles available after taking a bath in the public bath, which is a familiar sight in the world. I think it's a wonderful inn where you can feel the hospitality that is unique to the Hoshino resort world, and you'll want to come back again.

This was my first time staying at Hoshino Resorts. I chose a room with a cypress open-air bath, which was great. Of course, there was a large bath and a large open-air bath, so I enjoyed both. But above all, the food for breakfast and dinner was the best.

Since it is close to my hometown, I thought I would try it out, so I stayed there with my wife and one child. By chance, there was a reservation available for one day, so I thought I would take this opportunity to stay. Although it is called Izumo, it is actually located near Tamatsukuri Onsen in Matsue City. The concept is local. Works by local artists are lined up inside the building. I felt a little relaxed after viewing the local works. The hot spring is Tamatsukuri Onsen. The large bath is an indoor bath and an open-air bath. There is no sauna or waterfall bath, but there is nothing extra, so I thought it was good for purely enjoying the hot spring. As an aside, when I stayed there, ice cream made with White Rose milk was prepared for me after the bath. It was very delicious, so I hope they continue to do so in the future. Dinner was just right, with only 80% of my stomach. Local ingredients are carefully prepared. The taste was also outstanding. The entertainment, Kagura, was a trial version, so I felt a little unsatisfied. I hope they practice more and improve. Up to this point, it is an ordinary inn. However, the reason I decided to write a review was that the inn's thoughtfulness was very good above all else. It may be natural that they would carry our luggage, but they were very considerate of our family, who has children. They warmed up our child's baby food, and when my husband and I were having dessert, our child got fussy, but they asked if they could bring it to our room, allowing us to enjoy the meal until the end (I don't think this is a service that is always available, and I don't think it would be given to us even if we asked). As mentioned above, they treated us well, taking our situation into consideration. I was very grateful, and we had a comfortable stay. The price is a little high for people with children, so I don't think we can go there often. However, I would like to visit again someday. I would like to express my gratitude for the warm hospitality and put my pen down. Thank you very much.

I appreciate that they arranged for a taxi on the way back and brought sake to the room. I'm thinking of going again.

The price is by no means cheap, but if you're unsure where to stay, this is the place to go. I think it would be hard to find a better hotel.

The same hospitality as always. Food that is a feast for the eyes and the tongue. A comfortable large bath. Quiet and relaxing rooms. Nothing is too much to ask for.
