比較後悔訂這酒店 一是玉造温泉街很蕭條 幾乎沒有商業 沒有可逛的景點 跟城崎温泉 修善寺温泉沒法比 衹有一條普通的河 沒有吸引力 遊客很少 二是酒店破舊了 地毯很臟 品味低放了一些假花和廉價裝飾品 我訂的是便宜房間 衞生間太小太小了 頭頂門 用布隔着床罩當被子非常難用 床罩應該不是一客一換 商店賣土特產導致味道不佳 晚餐套餐早餐自助都很一般般 比較粗糙 晚餐居然用這種筷子 酒店老底子還是有的 工作人員眾多 有外國人接待能力 服務禮貌周到熱情 看到有日本團隊和台灣團隊入住 大浴場看了一下設施普通老舊人很多 因為剛從翻新過的佳雲酒店過來 那脱鞋入住 訂的一泊二食比這便宜 房間舒適處處一塵不染 餐食優雅精緻因此對比過於強烈

父の古希のお祝いを本旅館でさせていただきましたが、とてもきめ細やかにご対応頂き、とても気持ちよく過ごさせて頂きました。お料理もどれもとても美味しく、2箇所ある温泉も楽しめました。建物自体は古いですが、お庭も手入れが届いており、室内も行き渡るメンテナンスやお掃除が感じられました。また近くに旅行に行った際は利用したいと思います。

We stayed 2 nights at this ryokan and may have been the only westerners there, but that did not fase the staff. They tried constantly to do the right thing, despite our lack of Japanese. The roof top Onsen is perfect, the room was very comfortable and well equipped and the meals were outstanding. Try a kaiseki dinner if you have the time and capacity; we had 2 and they were superb.
