위치 매우 좋음.도고온천 및 상점가 바로 옆. 숙소 앞 편의점 2개소
대각선 맞은편 훼미리,바로옆 세븐일레븐 임. 주변 이자카야 등 맛있는 술집거리임 .가성비도 매우 좋음.
조식 석식 맛있음.다만 한국어 통역 안되고 영어도 잘 안 통함.
욕탕은 협소하고 실내탕1실외탕1 두개 뿐임. 목욕탕 수준이지만 깔끔함.

MAP was wrong, wrong, wrong! I used Safari It looks like hotel is RIGHT across the street from Dogo Onsen. This is the only reason I chose this hotel. It is not there, but 3-400 meters away.
Hotel itself was great. Staff were very nice.

道後グランドホテルは最低でした。食事は馬鹿にされているかのような内容。 夕食もタイの頭がメインでした。近所なら50円で販売されている。他もおいしいものはなかったです。 朝食は1枚のはんぺんごとく50円もしないかまぼこを3枚に切ってあぶり。味噌汁は豚も浮かんでいるインスタントごとくの豚汁を鍋で食べる。時間だけ食わされ原価150円もしない内容でした。クレーム言っても無理でしょう。じゃらんの口コミでよく書いてあるけれど騙されないでほしいです。

食事が美味しくないし最低。今迄泊まった中で最低でした。味がないし、店員だけは監視のように見守られて、おかわりも少ししか鯛めしもしてくれない。他人と面向かいでＢＧＭもないから会話もできず、皆さん黙々と食べるしかない。夕食も原価は千円もいかない。朝食も最低。原価三百円いかないように思える最低な内容。お代わりも自分で出来ない。仰々しく座らせ豚汁が鍋で温まるのに時間がかかっただけで、10分で食べれる内容。 アルバイト店員は監視して、刑務所食のようだった。刑務所のほうがいいかも？ 味のない豚汁を鍋で出して、サラダはキャベツにハム半分。ありえない！おかずもないし、1枚50円もしないじゃこ天を一枚を4つに切ったものを炙って食べさせられた。多分目の前の業務スーパーのじゃこ天といんげんのごま和えだけ。コーヒーサービスも最後ないし。本当に酷いホテル。部屋からも病院しか見えない眺望も最低。暖房も悪いし、ここは行かない方がいい。お風呂もサウナもなく汚い清掃。電気もついてないし。寒くて凍えそう。一番最低なホテルだった。

古い建物でしたが、清掃は行き届いていて、従業員の方の対応もよかったですが、料理が最悪でした。 まず、通常より高い金額をとって肉三昧会席としおきながら、焼肉程度の厚さのステーキ。 焼肉の1枚でしかない厚さでした。 しゃぶしゃぶも胡麻ポン酢というより、胡麻ドレッシングでお肉の味は、全くしない始末。 翌朝の朝食のサラダにかかっているものと同じでした。 鴨肉もありましたが、不味くて食べられた肉ではありませんでした。 サラダに乗せてある、ローストビーフ？と思われますが、これも不味くてたべられませんでした。 これだけの料金をとっておきながら、不味い肉のオンパレード。しかも朝食も食べるものがありませんでした。 朝から豚汁ってありえません。 もう二度と利用しないとおもいます。 もし利用するなら食事なしをおすすめします。 道後温泉は夜遅くまで飲食店が空いていますので、外で食べた方がいいですね。
