Hotels near Mitsufuto in Matsuyama

Used for relatives' legal affairs with 3 family members. I booked a Japanese-style room because the price was relatively cheap, but the size of the room and the content of the breakfast were good for the price. Especially, it was not a unit bath that is common in business hotels, but the toilet and bath were separate 々, and the bath was quite good because it felt wider than the bath at home. The location was relatively close to the city center, so it was convenient. When I returned home, I thought I would be able to use it next time.

A few times like this brand hotel, there is a similar motel, the hotel has only two floors, about 20 rooms, the two beds in the room are so big, you can carry four people. The room is free parking, about 15 people.  You can pick up your own car.  The toilet in the room is separated from the bathroom, and the bathroom has a bathtub to soak in.  Towels and shower liquid will be provided in the room, but the toiletries will be dried.  Breakfast will have bread orange juice and buried coffee, and the lobby will be casual. The hotel has a washing machine, I have used it, 50yen laundry detergent,  200yen washing machine,  100yen drying clothes  30 minutes. There are many branches in Japan, and you can pick another brand next time you travel.  Everyone, when picking this brand ~ hotel, remember to clear the branch, there is a chance to pick the wrong  🙏 of another branch  when booking online because ~ the same name. 

It has a lot of great things available for entertainment.we got to try the karaoke for free and we enjoyed it. They were really helpful and attentive but the rooms need proper cleaning and the food was good as well.

I stopped at Matsuyama on 4/28 (Sun) during this consecutive holiday. Is it the influence of Soseki Natsume, Matsuyama was a favorite town. It is rare in Shikoku and has visited many times. However, even though it was during the holiday, the correspondence of this hotel was too severe. When you confirm your reservation by phone, you don't even have a decent reply. If you ask again, ”Is there a mistake in booking?”, you can't get a confirmation of the ”yes” and the accommodation. In addition, since I can ”car”, when I ask the parking lot, I say, ”I want you to stop somewhere because it is full already.” When I say, ”Tell me about the nearby parking lot,” I say, ”kizuke,” but I don't hear it well. I ask back. It seems to be called ”kisuke”. ”Please tell me your phone number” ”I want to check it with Navi” I finally heard the phone number, and I was tired of tickling before I arrived. There was still, but I am angry only by remembering. Because it is a trip of four people, it is not possible to cancel, and it is paid ”prepayment”. It was a hotel that was not old clean and surprised. The bigger problem was that the two people were staying with the same company, but there was no explanation. On a trip, I don't want to eat curry for dinner, but I have to explain. They decided to sleep in a semi-double bed in a small room. Their payment amount is ”47970 yen”. Each person is less than 24000 yen. It was a continuous surprise. It was a hotel that was not worth the evaluation. The taxi driver who guided the dinner place is also unfriendly and unkind. I can see the spirit of taking money away as far as possible.My image of Matsuyama was completely destroyed and sympathy was lost.I will come to Shikoku in the future, but I will not visit Matsuyama again. The city, with a growing population and a large proportion of tourism revenue, seems to follow the same path for some reason.Early the next morning, I left Matsuyama without sightseeing in the city.

A clean and spacious hotel, however there is nothing much near by except for a 7-11. No facilities too but it is very spacious for its price

It is located in an excellent location in front of JR Matsuyama Station, only a 3-minute walk from Iyotetsu Oimachi Station. This is a dormitory, but it is clean and comfortable. It is 2500 yen per night, so it is especially recommended for those who like this price. However, there are not many restaurants in the area, so in this case, please go to Okinawa. Matsuyama itself is a compact city, and you can travel comfortably by tram.

Sunroot Matsuyama, honestly, has a deterioration of age. However, even if it is added, it is about ２０ minutes by bus from the airport (350 yen for the road bus), and it is close to JR Matsuyama station, and it is close to 3 minutes (; ･ `д･) from the tram stop of ３ minutes walk to the dogo Onsen hot spring You can easily go within 200 yen without transfer (I'm ３０ minutes by bicycle) There is also a little drink menu in the hotel, and it is free to drink, so I'm drunk (laughs) Naturally, There are meals, single items and courses. There are cheap and delicious shops nearby, and if you go to the Kiske of the comprehensive facility, there are Mac, ramen shop, Udon shop and natural hot springs, and there are convenience stores anyway Sen. Walking from the hotel ２ minutes. Parking is also convenient. The scenery is also on the Matsuyama Station side, and the Matsuyama Castle side ring can see the castle at night. Beer was the best while watching the night view. The best memory was the front desk, the hotel man at the restaurant, and the aunt of the cleaning were very hospitality. I can stay for ３ days comfortably, Matsuyama sightseeing was possible. Located in a place facing Hanazono Cho Dori street for a few minutes walk from Matsuyama city station. Check-in is self-responsive using the machine, I don't know the screen operation if I am not used to it, and after all, check-in while listening to the hotel staff how to operate, and the staff politely taught me... The whole building and the interior of the room are casual & stylish construction at this time, and it is very beautiful because the day is shallow from the opening, and wifi is generally good with down sliding up. The breakfast space on the first floor was a library cafe from day to night, and coffee and lemon water were free, and the library shelf was like Matsuyama, and the book of clouds on the slope was free. In addition, there is a free coffee machine next to the front desk. There is no public bath in the hotel, so you can go to Dogo Onsen by iyo iron for 20 minutes and 170 yen, so I wonder if I avoided competition without being sold by the hotel... I was able to spend comfortably in a new and beautiful hotel. This time I left early in the morning, so I couldn't get a free breakfast.

- Convenient location, very close to the station - The hotel has a free breakfast, the food is not a lot but all the food is very delicious, if you can, it is recommended to get up early and go to the curry rice. The aunt who is responsible for the food is very conscientious and diligent, especially like her. - The room for three people is actually a double room with one more bed. Don't say that you have to open your luggage and there is no room to walk.

This time I visited Matsuyama on a solo trip and stayed at Tokyu REI, who was taken care of in Okinawa. Matsuyama Castle and the shopping street on the Okaido are also nearby, so it is in a very good location. I was very happy to respond comfortably when I made a request for the room at the time of booking. Thanks to that, I was looking forward to check-in and was actually impressed with the room as requested. I think it was tough during the prosperity period, but thanks to your selfishness this time, I was able to make a very memorable trip. And I would like to use it when I visit Matsuyama again.
