The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa, Mauritius

Stayed for two nights. The room was spacious enough, and the garden view was lovely. They have a tennis court and even offer rackets for rent, with new models of Padel and Pickleball rackets available. In the evening, we saw fruit bats on the hotel beach, which was quite a magical experience.

The facilities are outdated, and cleanliness is just so-so. The hotel staff were very unfriendly. On the first night, we were allowed to charge our dinner drinks to the room. However, on the second night, when my mom went alone, she was told to pay on the spot and wasn't allowed to leave, being made to wait at the restaurant's front desk until I came to pick her up. On the last day, when checking out, we found that our inflated swimming rings had disappeared. When we asked the hotel, they later called to say they were placed under the TV. The problem is, we searched everywhere in the room before we left and couldn't find them. Plus, an inflated swimming ring wouldn't even fit under the TV cabinet. Who asked you to deflate our swimming rings anyway?

Beautiful environment: Every corner exudes a touch of romance. Excellent service: Every staff member is polite and enthusiastic. Elegant facilities: Every activity is full of fun. Highly recommend choosing The Westin Mauritius.

The rooms are very clean, and the food is great. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool is also heated, which is a nice touch. The only downside is that the beach in front of the hotel is quite rocky. It's good for kids to search for shells, sea urchins, and crabs, but it's not suitable for snorkeling.

The room facilities are a bit old overall, but the surroundings are great. There's a big swimming pool and you can even go clamming by the sea.

A very good stay experience. The service level, breakfast quality, view, and house layout all exceeded expectations. The hotel also provides free parking and many marine entertainment activities, such as snorkeling, paddleboarding, etc. I look forward to staying here again.
