Very good hotel. Nice food, nice service. The location is a bit isolated but facilities good.

Hotel is very nice. Lots of activities (e.g., tennis, gym, pilates, yoga). Service and food could be better. Breakfast and Dinner are served as buffet. Dinner can also be in one of their separate restaurants which offer a la carte menu. Restaurants needs separate reservation and we needed to wait two days to get a spot. Buffet food is not the best if I need to judge but it’s something subjective. Service level is good but not great. Something we also experienced in another hotel on the island. Hotel has created their own beach which is a kind of bay. So if you are looking for a perfect sand beach, just be aware.

Simply the lost helpful and service minded staff on the planet. Add that the hotel and the facilities are to a 10+ on a scale to 10. We can't wait to go back

My husband and I had a wonderful stay as part of our honeymoon - every single detail was thought of and taken care of. Perfection. The food is wonderful, with the amount of plant based foods was a huge plus for us, with the overall quality of the food being sensational. The XO Asian restaurant was our favourite, but we wouldn’t rush back to the vegan menu at The Cove - the vegan food in the main restaurant is nicer! Every single member of staff was polite, helpful and friendly - but the ladies at reception were particularly wonderful, helping us with things like late checkout and bicycle hire. I also love that the place just never felt busy - there was always multiple options for sunbathing, drinking, eating etc. - it felt like we had our own slice of paradise! AND not forgetting the RUM TASTING, which was so much fun! 19 rums at 11am is always a fab way to start the day Thanks to all for a wonderful stay

Paradise Cove truly lives up to its name – it’s nothing less than paradise. This adults-only resort is thoughtfully designed in every detail and delivers the highest level of quality, from the warm, personal service and interior design to the culinary experiences and stunning natural surroundings. Even though the hotel was fully booked during our stay, it never felt crowded. Quite the opposite – everywhere we went, we experienced peace, privacy, and the feeling of having our own little sanctuary. This is clearly a result of the resort’s smart layout and discreet luxury. The private lagoon with crystal-clear water was perfect for both swimming and snorkeling. We loved the beautiful peninsula, lushly planted and dotted with small "love nests" – offering uninterrupted views of the sea and total privacy, surrounded by lava rocks and greenery. A lovely touch: the sunbeds come with small service buttons so you can order cold drinks with a single press. The four restaurants are each a culinary gem. With different themes, settings, and rotating menus, they all offer high-quality ingredients and incredible flavors – with thoughtful options for vegetarians, vegans, meat-eaters, and guests with allergies. And the service? Not only professional, but truly heartfelt and warm. The spa and wellness area deserves special praise. It’s a peaceful world of its own with a wide selection of treatments in beautifully designed surroundings. We’ve travelled extensively, but we’ve never experienced a hotel where service, design, food, nature, and atmosphere are so consistently excellent. Paradise Cove is a rare gem that truly needs to be experienced – and we will definitely be back.
