Radisson Blu Azuri Resort Amp; Spa, Mauritius

We stayed for 9 nights in February. The resort was clean & the grounds were well maintained. We had a Seaview room with a balcony. The room was a good size. Bathroom was very large with a seperate bath, double shower & twin sinks. We were staying on half board but we got complimentary water in the room because we were raddison members. Breakfast had a reasonable selection but it became a bit repetitive. I would've liked to see different things such as French toast offered on different days. The evening buffer was a bit hit & miss for me. There was general indian/maurtian spicy food available but unfortunately I struggle with this. I would recommend the hotel publish in advance the buffet themes for the week then you can choose to prebook at the other restaurants if it is not to your taste. We did find that the prices in the hotel were a little steep compared to outside the resort. Sunbeds were plentiful we never had a problem. Service was very good. I had a manicure, pedicure & head massage at the spa. Treatments were good. Unfortunately my nail varnish started to peel off on day 2. I went back and they redid it free of charge. We were celebrating my husbands birthday during the holiday. The hotel arranged a special meal for us on our last night at the golf club which was lovely. They even brought him a cake. We had a cyclone hut whist we were there. Staff were reassuring & we received regular updates on the TV in our room. The TV was a little frustrating. Few channels available & the ones we had were defaulted to French. We found out how to change language but it would randomly change back mid view. The setting & beach were lovely. The pool was a very comfortable temperature & a good size for a swim. I would recommend mosquito repellent & we found it very hot & humid. The air conditioning in our room was a welcome relief. Take a good sunscreen because even when it's windy & cloudy you burn easily.

We were there to celebrate our honeymoon. Shikka welcome us very friendly and was always helpful. The kitchen and restaurant teams are amazing, always lovely and helpful. Specially Sunita and Rekha, everyday with theire lovely smiles. They had always gluten & lactosefree food for me. The food was very good. Also Vinod and Ramesh, they have interest to give us the best and that we are having a good time. They always told us: "if you're happy, I'm happy" We had also the best room maid, Jennifer, from the Housekeeping. She's lovely, very helpful and our room was always very clean. We felt like home. Thank you sooo much guys. We had a wonderful and unforgettable time there. You'll stay in our hearts. And we'll come back someday

While the resort was amazing, what made our stay so much better was the team. They really went above and beyond for you as a guest and made us feel like we were the only guests there. Couldn’t rate this place highly enough. The place isn’t as big as other large resorts, but the hospitality we received made that completely irrelevant.

I am currently staying as part of a two week holiday with my wife. Customer Service - this is what the hotel thrives and excels in. The staff across all hotel amenities are first class. On arrival, the reception staff are welcoming, and this theme is mirrored throughout the length of your stay, The hotel is located in the NE of the island over 1 hr from airport and is ideally situated for those individuals looking for a more quiet time. There is plenty to do from the boathouse which caters to all your water sports to its own 9 hole golf course, you won't be stuck. The hotel is spotlessly clean, Rooms are spacious, modern, and well equipped. Pool area is fantastic and the beach is an arms length away. Food - could be improved and why this is not a 5 star review. The food can be somewhat repetitive, particularly breakfast and dinner. Each night has an international themed menu. However, the same dishes do transcend across each night. There are various dining options available across the resort that can also be booked Although all staff deserve acknowledgement, special mentions to Shiel and Adrash in reception. Linesh, Innesh, Josh, and Suhil in the bar, Vinod, Porvashi in the restaurant, nothing is too much trouble, and they do go the extra mile in ensuring your every need is catered for. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Radisson Blu Azuri. The host of activities that are included in your stay from market trips, kayaks, gym, swim platform offer incredible value. The buffet albeit small always offered plenty to eat and the Indian selection is Incredible. You can also use the Al crates which we did and the food in them was fabulous. The nine is gorgeous and the little buggy there and back is a nice touch. The real jewel in the Radisson Blu’s crown however sits with the staff and without these amazing individuals this hotel would be nothing without their phenomenal service. All off the staff are outstanding however I would like to give a special mention to Innesh and Josh in the bar, amazing young men with wonderful sense of humour, great chat, impeccable manners and first class service. They really made our days and nights and we miss them! Also to Ramesh in the buffet restaurant what a wonderful and happy man, he always made us feel so welcome and greeted us with the biggest smile. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Ramesh, what you need he gets all with a huge a happy face. I would definitely reccomend the Radisson Blu Azuri and especially for the staff!

It was our first time in Mauritius. The Resort itself proposed to us many facilities such as the Blu Passport shuttle which brings us to experience the Local Market and the sister Hotel. Some activities guided such as the bike trips. The water activities but all depending on the weather conditions. “The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable.”

One of our best stay. I love the warm welcoming from the reception team, the swimming platform was the best experience I had, the room was very nice and well kept during our stay. Food from the buffet was incredibly nice. Will surely come back soon.

WOW!, we have recently returned from 2 weeks at the Radisson Blu Azuri Resort, and I must say overall, this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. ALL staff are so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had such a fabulous holiday.
