Riu Turquoise - All Inclusive

1. **Service:** Compared to St. Regis, the service here is simply no match. The staff's attitude was quite average. Whenever I needed to communicate a request, like booking a restaurant or water activities, they'd tell me to download some app, which turned out to be very difficult to use. 2. **Room:** The room was quite spacious, with a minimalist design, and the bathroom was very clean. Overall, the room was good. 3. **Beach Environment:** It was very windy. I had heard this place was directly facing the 'underwater waterfall' and thought its unique location would offer something special. I saw many people flying drones during sunset, and you can indeed see the underwater waterfall. However, if you're just looking for a convenient spot to fly a drone, I don't think staying here is necessary. The kitesurfing spot (Kite Lagoon) is very close to the hotel, and you could probably go there instead. 4. **All-Inclusive:** All three meals and all beverages, including those in the room, were included. But the quality was quite average; the drinks were acceptable. 5. It's relatively close to the Le Morne hiking trail. 6. **Sports Center:** It closed quite early, around 4:30 PM. There weren't many people signing up for activities either; it seemed most guests were into kitesurfing.

I really loved this hotel! The staff were so friendly, the entertainment was excellent, and the food was delicious. I definitely want to come back here.
