At check in, the guy behind the counter didn’t understand how Travelocity worked. He was trying to get an additional deposit from me. We stood there for about 15 minutes while he made a few calls trying to figure this out. This property is under renovation. We didn’t know this before we got there. The room had things hanging from the wall, the curtains were torn and the room had a smell to it. Breakfast was horrible, they were supposed to have sausages, we had to ask for it and the woman didn’t even understand English much less speak it. When she brought the sausages out, they were overcooked and hard. No yogurt, no fruit and the microwave was broken. Worst experience ever.
