The staff were very friendly and very nice. Food was good also . However i found rooms very small for a family. There was no space to move about and not much space for luggages. With kids it was a tough one. The rooms had tub with shower on top. Not good for a disabled person. The hotels looks very posh from outside but is VERY outdated in the inside and old fashioned. It was not what i was expecting.. would would say this hotel ok if you just walking in and need a room desperately or you with group of people. Wouldnt say rooms are suitable for family with kids. No tables to eat on or chair in room so you need to sit on bed etc

Don’t stay here. Terrible terrible terrible. 1- we booked twin room and got triple room with no space for luggage 2- check in very slow. Found it uncomfortable how female staff kept smiling and joking with male guests. 3- reception area cramped and SMELLED OF FISH every time we go in or out. Disgusting. 4- concierge every very rude. I asked a question he responded (mumbled) asked again no response!! 5. Beds are like rocks, softer to sleep in haram! Bedding was dirty. 6. Cramped breakfast area. They closed half the breakfast to accommodate for large Malasian group. Leaving hardly no space for other guests to eat. 7. Breakfast is the cheapest there is. Juice tasted like watered down medicine. Tea bags don’t make proper tea. Beans have no taste. Only good thing was bread was fresh. 8. Hotel toilet in on restaurant floor. Always wet and dirty. Hazard to fall and slip. 9. Room toilets horrid- flies coming out of bidet and sink mouldy. Our sink got blocked but staff fixed it quickly. 10. Not enough towels given. No hand towel. No shower mat. 11. No cleaning of rooms Only good thing is location- not bad takes 4mins walk exactly to women’s doors. But door 16 section is always busy and always pray outside masjid.

This is one if the worst hotel ever on all levels of services they make you feel you are staying for free starting from reception staff to room service to food quality as well Imagine of the silly problems that us and many guests have problem in their access door cards and we need to wait someone from reception to bring the master card key to open for us every time we back to hotel 😏😏😏😏 The issue still exist for the last 24 hours !!! Till the moment

we stayed at this hotel during our umrah trip. We were offered a room on the second floor which was great, as the lifts get busy during salah times, so being close to the ground floor really helps. The Room was spacious, had plenty of wardrobe and luggage space, good size bathroom ( we had a wet room). The water can be hotter in my opinion, i found that in the evening it was just lukewarm. in addition, the lighting in the room can also be improved as there's not much natural light coming through the window, however plenty of lamps around, so i guess that compensates. we noticed that there was housekeeping but not much staff, think they need to invest in more staff as its a big hotel and the team they have is simply not enough for the demand. As a result, we didn't call for much housekeeping, rather just picked up what we needed and the men were kind enough to provide. Breakfast was amazing, good selection, kind staff especially Nada, who would greet us in, friendly and helpful. Spoke with Reem also, that one time. overall i would recommend this hotel. its value for money, its positives outweighs the shortfalls but if they were to improve on their shortfalls it would definitely get full stars if not more. we didnt get opportunity to, but if you can, would recommend you try their in house lunch or dinner option.
