Great facility and a great view of Lake Constance from room. Staff was extremely helpful and made the experience great. Breakfast was amazing!!! I'll stay there again next time. J. Martinez

The boss is really very nice and friendly. Otherwise, the sports hotel is really getting old and the price is far too high. Everything is outdated and we didn't even want to use the towels. Luckily we were only there for one night because I really couldn't have endured it any longer. What's great is the wonderful location in Meersburg, because if you have a room with a balcony you can really enjoy the view. The hotel is in dire need of renovation. Otherwise, you would of course expect something much better for this price.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Zimmer sehr sauber und großzügig. Für Familie mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen. Frühstück viel Auswahl und frisch. Gerne wieder.

Visitato per puro caso in Matzo, si è deciso di tornarci per una settimana. Zona tranquilla, camere stile country pulite, estremamente accoglienti, con una vista eccezionale sul lago. Colazione alla tedesca: ci mancava soltanto il maiale imbastito, ma per il resto c'era tutto. Palestra e angolo fitness enorme con macchine Technogym; purtroppo per mancanza di tempo non siamo riusciti a fare i massaggi. Come esperienza di hôtellerie lo consiglio di cuore.

Le directeur a été odieux et grossier au moment du départ.
Il ne trouvait pas la trace de notre paiement, alors que je lui en montrais deux. La plateforme ne lui avait pas envoyé.
Nous avons eu droit à des insultes (sch…e, f…ck), des accusations d’utiliser une fausse carte, des menaces d’appeler la police, et de nous coincer à la réception pendant 2-3 jours. Tout en criant qu’il n’avait pas le temps de s’occuper du paiement des clients! J’ai dû contacter moi-même ********** (qu’il affirmait ne pas connaître) pour récupérer une preuve de paiement. Nous avons enfin pu partir au bout d’une heure.
Cet homme doit se faire soigner. Son système nerveux est en très mauvais état!

Es war eine sehr kurzfristige Buchung und es war überhaupt kein Problem nach 22 Uhr anzureisen. Der Schlüssel wurde mit Code im Fach hinterlegt. Leider konnte ich aus zeitlichen Gründen kein Frühstück einnehmen. Es war aber alles bestens für 7 Uhr vorbereitet. Mein Zimmer war top ausgestattet und sauber. Würde es wieder buchen und dann aber das Frühstück genießen.
