I called again but no one delivered it. When it was finally delivered, 50 minutes had passed. I was thinking that I had spent 3,300 yuan on a room to stay here all afternoon. The weird thing was not over yet. At 6 p.m. We went to a restaurant to have a buffet. Their buffet price for two adults was 478. I said yes, but when I paid, they said they didn’t have the 478 option and could only pay 568. The reason was that there was an outdoor barbecue today. I said where was it? She said it was raining and there was no outdoor space today and she had moved to another place. I asked if it was okay if I didn’t eat at the outdoor barbecue. She said no because I could only buy the 568 set meal, but I couldn’t buy the 478 set meal. The system was shut down. I really I feel helpless and want to curse. The buffet for 568 is just steak and cold food. It tastes really bad. Isn’t this a foreign brand hotel? Nowadays, many B&Bs are focusing on customer experience. Why are you, so-called brand hotels, pretending to be fake? Do you want to do a trade? If this continues, it will only make more people hate it, and eventually it will close down!
