房間很不錯 整體的環境和裝修都配得上這個價格 就是很多娛樂設施和温泉的好多池子沒有開 也沒有在平台説明 讓人覺得很可惜 整體還算滿意吧

首先房間設施陳舊，衞生不好，衞生間水池沒有打掃乾淨又發黃的水漬，小童馬桶圈有點臟。房間有味道。酒店周邊交通在馬路邊，旁邊還有沒建設好的工地。服務人員態度很一般，入住時要多一瓶礦泉水還要收費！温泉設施還過得去，不過室內好多設施存在損壞用不了的情況，温泉池也有部分不開。
總之帶孩子入住體驗應該是住過的酒店最差的了。還有不得不提的早餐極其之差幾乎沒有能吃的。五星級的收費二星級的服務設施

房間很一般，預訂的家庭套房，2天2526，應該是五一人比較多，房間水，牙刷等配套整體都比較缺，聯繫前台根本顧不上。温泉本來是9點開始，五一當天管道維修，早上十點半以後才能泡，影響行程和退房，體驗感很一般

房間寬敞明亮，就是馬桶蓋已經部分破損，隔音效果不好，晚上有一羣孩子在走廊裏玩，吵得睡不着。温泉池子少，很多沒開，裏面的一些功能不知道是沒開還是壞了，一個都不能用。早餐菜品少，饅頭皮都是硬的，可能是過年惹得禍吧。

房間很大，早餐自助的涼菜還不錯。
但是服務不好，電話是壞的，衹能用手機打給前台，要了東西過很久甚至要催才送到。之前打電話説可以提供洗衣服務，但一直沒人上門，後來催了又説沒答應過，沒這項服務。房門裡麪的鎖是壞的，問前台説是整個酒店的房間都是沒法從裏面鎖。自助早餐種類很少，連水果和酸奶都沒有。
