一切非常好的度假體驗，服務周到、耐心、細緻。一預訂房間就接到了管家的電話，詳細記錄了我的行程和各種要求，並全部安排妥當。酒店一價全包，非常的舒心。房間細節都很完美，孩子長者都各取所需，玩的特別好！臨走之時負責人還耐心的詢問我們的意見和建議。總之以後一定會常來！

環境槓槓滴沒話説，鳳凰温泉隨便泡，不過我還是喜歡後院小湯池，乾淨隨意，飯菜精緻可口，酒水飲料無限暢飲，關鍵有熱飲櫃，早上起來，熱熱的喝着，太舒服了，之前看評價，大家都提到管家服務非常好！體驗後果真不是一般的好，菊花茶沖泡到位。房間用品也是用了心的，應該會帶家人二刷

整個園區和房間都細節滿滿，而且非常乾淨。工作人員細緻到看到步道一塊磚地有坑都會立即叫人來處理。管家和所有服務人員不打攪不多推銷恰到好處的服務值得好評。能夠包容寵物，合理安排錯峯用餐玩耍時間，被狗子喊叫了也會真心詢問是不是哪裡做的不合適，得知我家仔是個人來瘋後能夠立即做到入住期間不主動逗🐶非常棒，可惜因為帶着小狗沒有享用贈送的温泉門票，不過無限制時間的私湯也很棒！已經推薦朋友。

服務真的太棒了！工作人員個個熱情主動提供各種幫助和服務！酒店劉經理更是妥帖安排幫助客人銜接行程得到最好的體驗！房間硬件設施齊全，準備了一應俱全的免費用品，除了泳衣、面膜、雨傘、洗面奶、按摩梳等等等等用品以外，包括拖鞋、口杯和水杯都是全新的，客人用後可全部帶走的！餐食非常棒👍🏻，食材新鮮，口味地道！還在餐廳和房間貼心準備了非常多品質品牌的免費飲料酒水供客人享用！房間後面的小湯池清理的非常乾淨，還配備了懸浮桌，玫瑰花瓣和艾草，冬日裏感受到別樣的温暖和浪漫！隔壁大型“鳳凰温泉”也是他家的，入住期間免費無限次體驗……總之，在星天外入住是一次非常棒👍🏻的體驗！強烈推薦！

所有的都很滿意。這種酒店是一價全包。入住後所有吃喝用都是全免。沒有不滿意，衹有非常滿意。服務態度非常好。總結一句就是可以“為所欲為”😂自由度很大，有什麼需求都可以商量，吃飯也是可以調整的，酒店可以去買涼皮岐山麪等，總歸非常好👍

酒店環境特別漂亮，秦嶺太白山腳下，還給免費洗車。有24小時私湯温泉，飯菜也特別給力，酒水暢飲，夜晚在秦嶺腳下草坪上聽周杰倫的歌吃火鍋，很巴適。最後建議房間內可以多放幾個插座。
