Atour Hotel Meizhou West High-speed Railway Station Reviews

Wonderful experience!

This was our first time visiting Meizhou; understand this hotel was opened 6 weeks ago (early Oct). The rooms were good size, beds & pillows were firmed, showers had great water pressure. However, their air conditioning weren’t working so we had to open the windows and curtains — the hotel across had lots of lights and the streets are noisy so we weren’t able to sleep well. We also picked to have buffet breakfasts at the hotel which was supposed to be available from 7 am to 10 am. They were still bringing out foods out at 7:15 am. Selections were ok but coffees made from the coffee machines were not hot enough. Overall happy with our stay of 2 nights.

The service staff are excellent, very nice and helpful. Special thanks the the night manage Mr. Yap. He even offered to drive me to the restaurant when the Didi app could not get me a car. All the staff are caring and detail. ( and also thanks to the two ladies in the morning shift - only got their Chinese name ! And I can’t write Chinese! . They reported I was missing to the police when they found I have not returned from a field trip after dark ,just kidding, they almost did that ! . Swinging by Meizhou from Guangzhou and Shenzhen, the service staff at Atour is world apart ! is this Meizhou city or the Hakka hospitality! Anyway, Atour gave a very personal touch and a different experience from other places I have been to. Keep up the good work, guys. Oh, not the mention I find the ambiance is of the ‘new age’ type ! Really love it. So much that I am now at an Atour hotel at Xiamen.

This is a brand new hotel. Everything is sparkling clean and modern. Fully non smoking which is rare in China. Location is close to high speed railway station.

Come back to stay again. The hotel is clean and new. A variety of delicious food. The rooms are spacious. There is a laundry room and washing machine. Complete with a dryer, very convenient. The room is not big, but it is very cozy. There are wooden horses and small tents. My daughter is still very happy. The bed sheets are clean and the decoration style is simple and comfortable. There is also a midnight snack in the evening. Although there are only 2 porridges, two snacks and two kinds of fruits, it is very heartwarming.

My room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the facilities were complete. From high-speed Wi-Fi to the minibar, every service reflected the hotel's attentive care for guests. It is particularly worth mentioning that the room was very soundproof, which allowed me to get a good rest during my busy travel. The hotel's breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious food to meet the taste needs of different guests. Moreover, the breakfast serving time is very flexible, even if I need to get up early to catch up, I can enjoy a hearty breakfast. In addition, the hotel is also very conveniently located, with well-developed surrounding transportation, whether it is to the city center or surrounding tourist attractions, it is very convenient. The hotel also provides free parking services, which is undoubtedly a huge convenience for self-driving travelers.

The hotel service is 5 stars, the laundry service is also very good, the staff will help you wash and dry the clothes and send them back to your room, the breakfast is also very rich, next time I come to Meizhou, I will choose Atour Hotel, and there will be tea for you to drink while waiting at the front desk.
