A little dated but very clean and great staff. No life if you are on the 1st floor so cases must be lugged up stairs. Great breakfast is included in the morning.

Housekeeping was on top of everything and the rooms were so clean. I loved my stay here. They just really care about the customer

I've stayed here a few times over the last 9 years and must say that I'm completely impressed by the difference since it was taken over by new management and all 9f the rooms were completely renovated. New staff is amazing and the breakfast is as good as you can get in a budget hotel. Highly recommend

Very clean and well maintained.

This is the second time we have stayed at Melbourne Inn and suites. We only stayed one night this time. The staff is always extremely friendly and our room was clean. We had a little issue with the water in the shower but I reported it to the front desk and they said they will get it fixed.

Great service.

The reception at the front desk is mediocre, and the rest did not see any staff, and there were cockroaches on the bed

The absolute best hotel we have ever stayed at. Its perfect for familys!!!! The connecting rooms for kitchen an bedroom was great there is so much space!!!

The accommodations were just what we were expecting. It was nice having the two rooms and two bathrooms. They were updating the shower soap dispensers. There was small bottles of soap in the room. The hair dryer didn't work. The kitchenette didn't have any supplies. Which was fine, but, it would have been nice to know ahead of time. I would check in again.

One night stay was nice. Could tell they renovated but bathroom still needs work tub was old not sure it was cleaned or just extremely old

We got a suite. Loved having 2 bathrooms. The hair dryer didn't work and there were tiny ants in the bathroom. Also, very noisy, from outside and next door.

While this is not a 5-star hotel, The staff was very friendly and competent. The front desk clerk when I checked in was dealing with a wonky hotel phone system, yet still found the ability to let me know about the hotel and make me feel welcome, The room was very clean and quiet (a testament to a great housekeeping crew!). Mattress was comfortable and I was able to get a good nights rest. The breakfast in the morning was much better than typical powdered eggs and pre-made biscuits you find at a lot of chains. The two gentlemen working the kitchen/dining room did a great job. Great home cooking, (real fried eggs and biscuits) great hustle, and a clean dining area. I will stay there again and recommend to others.
