Always a fantastic stay here. Great location if you can get the right room. 2 and 3 Bedrooms have corner views so if you can pay a little more its well worth the corner bed. Sky apartments are exceptional. Don't recomend if your not good with heights! So good when you get a great sunset. Could have been a bit cleaner and would recomend they do a good spring clean once in a while. Thanks to the freindly staff! didnt have a issue and satisfied every one of my requests.

The view is really nice, and it's quite clean. This is my second time staying here. It's very convenient in downtown.

Having lived in Melbourne for years, I personally feel this hotel has the best location, perfect for families. The 1B room is spacious with a living room, making for a very chill stay. Downstairs, there are Asian supermarkets and plenty of food options, making life so much easier.

INCREDIBLE views, stayed in one of the sky apartments and the view was incredible it was very well equipped and super spacious. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Nice hotel clean and smart with good facilities. The gym was fairly basic but had nice equipment and pretty good as far as hotel gyms go - pool and spa were nice, spa a little rundown but not massively.

Centrally located, very convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room decor is modern and stylish, and the price is reasonable!

Everything was perfect. We got room on 69th floor and the view was awesome.

The 69th floor apartment was absolutely amazing . The views are breathtaking. The apartment was just the right size and the little outside / closed in deck was good on a chilly Melbourne night. The only downfall was the indoor swimming pool it was FREEZING 🥶 !!! So not good after a long day walking around Melbourne city and ready to relax and have a swim !!! The Spa was nice and hot.

The staff were exceptionally polite, and the hotel's location was ideal!conveniently close to the tram and grocery store. However, during our five day stay, the room was never cleaned, despite contacting the front desk and leaving a note on the bell. This lack of housekeeping was disappointing and could be improved.

Enjoyed our stay, got to check in early, room was clean, clean towels every day, tram just down the road.

Centrally located, making it convenient for getting around and dining. Perfect for families.
