I stayed for six days, and overall it was good. The only minor issue was the noticeable sound of the door closing from the adjacent room. Other than that, there were no major problems. The balcony offered a view of the building across the street. The front desk staff were quite friendly, and the toiletries provided were small bottles, which were replenished when the room was cleaned. For safety, you need to use your key card to enter and exit the main door after 11 PM. There's a Woolworths Metro supermarket right at the street corner, making it very convenient to buy essential items.

Extremely satisfied with our stay. The location is excellent, it's quiet and clean, and the facilities are complete. Plus, there are two balconies, which provide great ventilation. Most importantly, the service was incredibly thoughtful. We arrived very early in the morning, at 7:30 am, and initially expected to only be able to store our luggage and check in after noon, like most hotels. However, the front desk was so considerate. Seeing how tired we were from our journey, they allowed us to check in immediately, saying we could then rest. It was such a pleasant surprise!

The facilities are a bit old, and the cleanliness is just so-so. The cutlery and tools in the kitchen weren't very clean. The bathroom has a shower with stable hot water, which is good. The best part is that laundry is quite cheap: $4 for washing and $2 for drying, which is very convenient! 👍

1. The hotel's location is excellent. It's in the city center, and you can reach any attraction within a 10-15 minute walk or by taking the free light rail. 2. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities. Both rooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel has coin-operated washing machines and dryers. In the room, there's a TV, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and cutlery. There was plenty of space for our luggage and a stroller, even for our group of four, which included a 4-year-old child. 3. We stayed for two nights. After the first night, there was only about a third of the toilet paper left, and the cleaning staff didn't replenish it in the morning. We had to use our own tissues midway through, which was a bit inconvenient.
