I arrived the hotel at 10 AM and explained that I would like to leave my luggage there and then return to check-in later. The frontdesk manager Spencer let us check in earlier because the room was ready earlier.

Love this hotel. My favourite to have a staycation in the city. The bar and restaurant is a must.

I came in for a conference and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and hospitality that Hilton provided, from giving me the room much earlier than anticipated to ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. The male manager on duty (unfortunately I don't have his name) was very welcoming and friendly. Would stay here again, especially with how convenient the tram stop is, right outside the building. Highly recommended!

This little gem of a hotel is down a small side street but did not disappoint. The rooms were exactly the same as the advertised pictures and were so quiet considering you were in the heart of the city. We were able to check in a bit earlier and we went out straight away as the staff put our bags up in our rooms for us. The location is so good as you are not far from great shopping and a vast number of cafes and restaurants. The only negative is they have no onsite parking but it is close by and easy to get to. Will definitely stay here again.

Very clean room, good location. Breakfast buffet very nice. Staff friendly.

Noise room. Room is near the rail on 2nd floor. I can hear the rail noise during the whole night. What a nightmare! Bad experience ever!

It's in a good location, but there is no view from the room. If it has a swimming pool, it will be great.

Convenient location just off Bourke St. Staff were helpful and courteous. The bedrooms were a good sized and very practical. Will definitely stay again.

Very nice, has great service, and a nice vibe when walking in the lobby.

Service and room were average. Expected more for Hilton hotel. No view from the room ( just looking through at neighbor wall) and lack of air circulation. Carpet a bit stink and smells old considering the hotel just opened last year. The bed was not that comfortable and hard. We had buffet breakfast but not much options.

Such a gorgeous new hotel with large room and comfy bed. The design spec of the place was very modern and chic. Only con was shower wasn’t 100% cleaned and breakfast buffet was mediocre.
