The hotel location is really good. It’s located right in front of the southern train station. And there is a tram as well. It’s convenient to go to the CBD. The receptionist was so kind and the room was good enough to stay for a couple.

The location is great, right next to the Southern Cross station, which is convenient to almost everywhere. However, it brings the noise problem. My room is at the first floor, so I can clearly hear the trams….

The room is average. The service attitude is too average. The facilities are not very good. The only advantage is that the location is in the commercial district, which is convenient for travel. There are 2 supermarkets not far away.

A very cost-effective hotel, the location is very suitable for a short-term 3-4 day trip. The room is very large, the double bed room is about 15 square meters, the hot water is ok, and the shower head is ok. If you are a friend who comes by skybus, walk out of the station and walk for 3 minutes. There are many eats nearby. It is close to the Southern cross station, and the lightrail of melb is at the door. Although the breakfast is not free, there is a 10% discount if you book in advance. The 35 yuan package includes main dishes+juice+a dessert, which feels very cost-effective (mainly because it is really delicious). The overall evaluation is not bad (except for the check-out at 10 am)

Very good. The hotel is very close to Southern Cross Station. The room is also good. There is a microwave. There is a small bar on the first floor of the hotel. Coffee and sparkling water are provided for free. The coffee is freshly ground and tastes good.

The front desk is very welcoming. I arrived early and there was a vacant room, and he let me check in early. It is very close to the Southern Cross, and it is clean and tidy. I am very satisfied.

Excellent location in the heart of the CBD The Alto has a little bit of class that makes you feel you've hit the jackpot.

We chose this hotel because of the location but we were also impressed by the helpful staff and the coffee room with the reading matter freely available. We will stay again next time we visit Melbourne.

The apartment was great. No issues with accommodation. The car park was difficult to get in and out of, especially with a bigger car. Times of carpark access weren't explained properly at check in so it took us a day to find the interior door.
