Good hotel, very close to where we needed to go for the weekend. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

I have stayed here many times, and the service has been maintained well.

The hotel was clean and very convenient for access to the downtown festivities. We took advantage of their shuttle van multiple times. The drivers were very friendly and helpful with suggestions. The bed in our room was very comfortable. There was noticeable road noises from the interstate, which goes behind the hotel, but it didn't interfere with our sleeping.

I don't know how anyone rated this hotel less than 5. I drove there apprehensive based on what some folks had to say. But I was pressed and out of options. Thank goodness I booked here regardless of the trolls. EVERYTHING was exceptional. Location, parking, check in, staff, cleanliness, shuttle to the hot spots, breakfast and check out. Top notch. Thank you Crown Plaza.

Coffee maker in room broken, key continuously stopped working, elevator broke, plugs in room didn’t work, lost hot water, and breakfast of powdered eggs cost $20.

Our check in was easy and the member greeted us with a friendly welcome. The bartenderess was amazing! She did the bar plus took orders for food from the dinning area.

Smells kind of stale. Rooms are not worth the money, my bathroom was small, dirty, and had a lot of rust. Sheets on beds had stains. The bus that takes you downtown is about the best thing this hotel offers. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful. The bartender and breakfast staff were also very nice. The people cleaning rooms were very rude.

Great location but does not feel safe walking down to Beale street. Lots of homeless people. There was a stain on the carpet and armchair that was in the room.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is lovely. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to the giant Bass Pro Shop, which was a fun thing to do while here.

Original room had no hot water. Had to move. Breakfast was overpriced and underwhelming. Lower level parking had something funky dripping on my car. Mostly on windshield which wiped off. But some on painted pillar that I couldn’t get off. Otherwise all good.

We always stay here when visiting Memphis. Staff is great! We especially appreciate Reginald and his shuttle service.

Front desk staff was not overly friendly. Showers would not get overly hot and if they got warm it was brief. Parking was very difficult. Beds very hard.
