front desk person didnt inform me they were switching my reservation from a king bed to two double beds because i had a pet. im fine with certain rooms being designated as pet friendly, but would have appreciated being let know. the room had large stains on the curtains. the coffee was not good

Evening staff told me she couldn't give me a receipt when taking my credit card payment, it must wait until I check out. Morning staff stated she couldn't because booked through *******. *******'s policy turns out to be receipt when payment is processed. Result-No receipt.

The front desk clerk to check in was extremely rude and condescending. We had 2 reservations with 3 rooms and they could only find the 1 reservation. She was no help for 10 mins and then she finally found but not after telling me the whole time it was my problem. Also the decided to be cheap in fill in the hot tub that has been there for the last 12 yeara.

Have stayed here twice. Comfortable and affordable. Staff was very friendly. Will stay again

I typically shy away from Wyndham properties, but this AmericInn was in the town I was working, and looked nice from the pictures. Firstly, the check in experience was excellent. I wish I remembered the nice young lady’s name, who checked me in, but she was great! Very professional and very helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the continental breakfast was pretty good. I’m a big fan of the pancake machine! Maybe the only critique I would give them is to maybe upgrade the eggs a bit, but otherwise it was all spot on for me. I will definitely stay at this property again!

Room service did not clean our room when we specifically left a tag on the door requesting room service. Therefore I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels and trash bags when we got back to our room at 11pm. The front desk smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Thankfully we were gone most of the time and really just needed the room for sleeping. Breakfast bar was okay, not very quality. Check in was easy. Shower was hot. Lots of channels on tv. Not a terrible experience, but will likely look for a different hotel the next time we go to visit family.

Breakfast was mediocre. Coffee was good. The room was fantastic. A little noisy being so close to the highway. Otherwise I would love to stop and stay again.

Convenient location, friendly service and genuine smiles from desk and house keeping personnel, very clean, warm and cozy atmosphere with light decorative flair for Fall and Halloween, professional cleaning of windows and entryways inside and out would enhance the warm and cozy interior Thank you for a good nights sleep.
