A very nice visit. Elevator was down but clerk advised us before we checked in she advised us. She was able to get us on second.

Comfortable stay!! The receptionist was so polite and welcoming. Will definitely be referring comfort inn to my friends and family.

Comfortable well maintained older property conveniently located to shopping and dining. Safe area.

Check in and housekeeping staff was amazing and friendly! Room was freshly cleaned and very comfortable. Interior could use new carpets but overall a great place to stay.

We were traveling and needed a place to lay our heads down after a long day of driving. We booked on ********** to stay at the Meridian, MS Comfort Inn. There were people drinking beer in the parking lot when we arrived. The desk clerk berated us for booking with a 3rd party. She was rude to us. The room was on the 3rd floor, which smelled bad when we stepped off of the elevator, sort of rancid. There were children running up and down the halls at 11pm. There was a very flimsy blanket, threadbare sheets, and exactly 2 towels and wash cloths. The mattress was lumpy and hard. Will not be trying a "Comfort Inn" again any time soon.

My family was awakened early Friday morning by bed bugs. My husband was bitten on the arm several times and I was bitten twice on my neck. We asked to be moved to another room and it was granted. We were in town for a funeral and it was between 1 and 2 am. This was not the time to have to deal with the added stress of bed bugs.

When we first checked in our room was horrible. Walls looked horrible, ceiling was falling, shower was broke, hair in the bed, extra lock was broke. Spoke with the manager and she understood and put us in another room. The room was alot better but the shower had a leak.

The bathroom faucet only had Hot water, the toilet did not flush and refill properly, and the air conditioner did not cool the room. Most of the “hot” food was cold for breakfast, and the staff was not very helpful or friendly with trying to park out U-Haul. The area Around the hotel had many homeless people wondering around at 10:00 PM. I would not recommend this hotel.

The front desk is friendly. Exited the elevator on the third floor to a foul smell and a very hot hallway. The remote to the TV in our room did not work went downstairs. Got a new remote, but also did not work. Went down a Second time to get a remote that didn’t work. AC unit barely cooled the room.

The hotel was not cool and the weather is in the 90’s. The carpet on the room was stained and at the elevator, dirty and ripped. The bed was nice and firm, but this hotel needs a renovation and the cooling system need a repairing.

The proerty was really great and the staff was excellent. They were very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was awesome. Will definitley visit again.

It was awesome 😎😎. We went to a wedding 💍💒. But the groom didn't show up 😕😕😭😭 for the wedding 💍💒. But we still enjoyed ourselves....

The place wasn’t bad it just wasn’t top tier. Folks were professional and polite. The lobby, pool area, and room were clean. However, you can tell this place is past due for some updates and remodels. Parts of the ceiling were hanging down and tiles were busted in the bathroom floor. The breakfast area is small and can get rather packed. A good variety of food items to choose from and everything was to temp and cooked well. Everything was set up and organized well also. Overall, this was a great spot for a night of rest along our trip.

Our room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, employees were friendly. Overall, a pleasant experience!
