Cleanliness was good but my major complaint is that they did not tell us that the air is not working so when we got into our room, it was 80° and all we had was a small window to prop open. Went down to the front desk to see about moving rooms and we weren’t able to do they have us a box fan to put in front of the window for circulation. The next day we saw so many other patrons have box fans as well so this is an entire building issue. We luckily had a colder day the next day and kept our window open to keep the room cool but I was very angry about not being informed of the air not working or the front desk people not offering to take some money off of our stay.

Staff are friendly. No cleanliness issues. Smells clean, but not offensively so. Fitness room was standard but nice and clean. Breakfast was fine as well. Had hot food and not just cereal and toast. Shower had good water pressure. Indoor pool looked nice, but never visited it.
It is an older building but maintained from what I could tell. The tile in the bathroom was cold but clean. My only complaint is that adjusting the thermostat didn't seem to make a difference as the room was very cold. I just shut it off so it wouldn't blow cold air into the room as I was barely in the room except sleeping and getting ready for a workshop.
I plan to stay here in the future if I'm ever in the area.

The air/heat was broken in out room and therefor it was 78 degrees and miserable. The check in counter did not speak English or act like they understood us so there was no fix except for opening the window all night long.

I like the price of the property, checking in was fast and easy. Breakfast was a a full experience of pancakes, eggs, sausage or bacon, potatoes, bisquits and gravy, variety of muffins and bagels, juices, cereals, milk and coffee. My issues was I had to recode/rescan my room card both days, not sure if the system clears the cards daily or it was a glitch. The bathrooms are small and the shower stream is weak. A safety concern is the windows open in the room with no screen or bars so my grand could have fell out, but we kept an eye or her. The window was open because the AC either stopped working or was struggling to keep the room at 75 degrees. It was a decent stay, it served its purpose.

Big rooms for a reasonable price. Bathrooms on main floor were out of order for all 3 days, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

In the first room our A/c and TV didn’t work, they promptly move us t another room where the TV worked, but A/C was again out. Breakfast was good , but breakfast room was hot. Evidently they were having a hotel wide A/C problem, fortunately it was real hot outside. Prob won’t stay there again.

Great staff! Stayed in this hotel 3 times due to work wise & even when work was cut short & had to travel back to Texas the manager agreed to refund me the unused nights I had paid in advance & made the transaction with ******* very easy. Not only that, I felt safe 😅

Would have given it 5 stars but the WiFi is absolutely abysmal, and since my husband was trying to work while we were there - this was a huge negative for us.

It is a very outdated hotel but it’s not bad to stay at. The rooms are very dim and the bed is on the Harder side if you’d like that. The breakfast was not much. All in all if you just need a place to stay for the night And don’t wanna spend a ton of money then the hotel is just fine for that
