When booking the hotel, I added a request for late check out because we would be arriving so late. At our check-in (well after midnight) I asked the night auditor for a late checkout. She explained she wasn’t authorized to approve it but that she would put our name on the late checkout request list and leave a note for morning manager. While doing this, she said as of then, our names were at the top of the list and actually the only ones on the list. My husband went down to front desk that morning to confirm the request. Solid No, denied, not willing. We got 5 hours of sleep and had to rush out in the morning without showering to be out by their check-out time or we would get charged. Totally rude & not accommodating.
As for the rooms- the bed & pillows were nice. The TV was big but had limited channel options. The bathroom is in DESPERATE need for a makeover. It was bad, bad, bad.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very nice and responded quickly. The area was quiet. I enjoyed the pool. And it is near many restaurants and attractions. I did not like that the pancake/waffle make wasn’t available but I did enjoy the other options they had for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!

The front desk staff was very rude. They did not have people skills. Their mannerism was terrible. This was both shifts. Will not return to this location.

Only issue was 2 blinking light bulbs in the pool area needed replaced. Constant, rapid blinking was very aggravating. Otherwise stay was excellent

This is a beautiful property! Staff was courteous, Knowledgeable, and helpful! Rooms were clean and comfortable! Great value! Breakfast had a wide selection and excellent food!

Wonderful staff. Breakfast was nice. Clean room. Supplies stocked. Bed comfortable. Took awhile for heat to come up. Parking plentiful.
