Nice room facing the city center square, clean room with minibar and big shower, bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The hotel uses code security for entry rather than keys and everything is very secure. The service was very good, the staff were polite and helpful.

A little tricky to find, this is a good hotel for a quick stay over in Messina. They utilize key codes which is super convenient for late or early arrivals, and the rooms are super spacious.
It would make life easier if they did add more signage to help locate the hotel.

Terrible! Outside was covered in scaffolding. "Honeymoon" room had an ensuite shower with just a pulldown blind and was dirty and stained. We were only able to find the place after asking several people and in local shops, they could not believe we had book a room there! Got out as quickly as possible. Dreadful

The apar**ent was clean,tidy and right in the main square so very easy access to all the amenities. Including transport, food and shops,would love to come back to visit more of Scicily in the near future, and good value for money.

The heater did not work You should have heater fixed or repaired, absolutely necessary.
No address on the front door , spent time looking for the door to get in. No excuse for that. The TB also did not work!
The unit was in a good part of town and good location for walking or shopping.
Nobody to complain too about heat and TV

Interesting and central place. Room complete with comfort even if an extra pillow wasn't bad. Excellent welcome with coffee, sweets etc... The only flaw to point out is the lack of privacy between the shower room and toilet. with the room because it is delimited only by transparent glass. All in all we will be back

The location is excellent, a 5-minute walk to the train station, a KFC opposite the entrance, and a 6-minute walk to a large supermarket and restaurant.
Famous attractions are also within a walking distance of about 10 or 20 minutes.
The room is very large, with a refrigerator and a refrigerator. The bathroom is also very large and clean. The password lock is very good and you don't need to carry a key. They carefully provided small pastries and water, which was very nice.
