The hotel made for a good overnight stop which had a car park and is not too far from aix-en-provence. An easy smooth check in and a friendly welcome and the room itself was one of the usual campanile rooms with a double bed, separate bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities. I did find the room a bit stuffy once the outside shutters were closed and I’m not sure how well the air con was working. The hotel was serving dinner which was handy after a day of travelling. There is breakfast available too. Handy for an overnight stop.

Inexpensive Motel in a quiet area. The walkway on 1st and 2nd floor is narrow and a service cart is permanently parked there, so you can't get through with a normal sized suitcase. Strong cooking fumes permeate the breakfast and reception area. Reception area closed after midnight. Sheets rough and rather worn. Manager not very service oriented. I told him I had extended my reservation on-line and he was adamant that that was impossible, I showed him the confirmation on my phone and rather than apologizing for his error he shrugged it off. When I asked him to reprogram my key for the extended stay he said no come back this evening.(even though I kept the same room). Europe implemented a "sanitary pass" during the 2nd week of my stay. Although I had my US vaccination card with me documenting I was fully vaccinated, the hotel manager said I could not eat at the restaurant, later he changed his mind and said I could have breakfast but not lunch and dinner at the motel. All other restaurants in the area accepted my US vaccination card. It just seemed that management made things as difficult as possible.

L'après midi nous étions passé récupérer nos clés sans rentrer dans les chambres. L'enregistrement a été très long. La réceptionniste ne comprenait pas le client espagnol avant nous. Mon mari maitrisant cette langue s'est proposé de faire l'interprète pour faire avancer, mais elle n'a pas voulu. Mais le pire fut notre arrivée à 22h50. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres, une pour mon mari et moi et une pour notre fils et sa femme. La clé n'ouvrant pas, ma belle fille est allé cherché la personne de l'accueil. Celui ci a essayé 5 mn avant d'y arriver pour découvrir la chambre en parfait désordre, c'est à dire soit pas faite du tout, soit occupée par d'autres clients. Il est reparti à l'accueil pendant bien 10 mn avant de trouver une chambre disponible pour eux. Heureusement que nous ne sommes pas venus à 23h05 car il n'y aurait plus eu de gardien et je ne sais pas comment on aurait fait.
La télécommande de la télé de notre chambre ne marchait pas. Si quelqu'un passe devant la chambre en parlant, on entend tout.
Le petit déjeuner était correct mais 94€ la chambre avec petit déjeuner, c'est cher pour ce que c'est

Chambre propre. Accueil chaleureux. Petit déjeuner copieux. Pas d'isolation phonique entre les chambres et un double vitrage serait nécessaire. Cordialement

je trouve l 'accueil très moyen, le personnel est sympa les responsables le sont beaucoup.
Après 5 heures de routes tu arrives 18 minutes avant le check in ils refusent l'accès à la chambre...ils ont le droit mais c'est naze....
TV 2 chaines fonctionnelles...
on dit que le ménage est fait....et ben non...
pour info je passe mes semaines dans des hotels ...c 'est la premier que je perds mon temps à donner un avis...

Petit couac, mais globalement OK.
Chambre côté opposé à la route était un plus.
Juste la propreté des WC :
Trace d'urine sur la lunette...
Je laisse le bénéfice du doute pour la tâche sur le lavabo.
Personnel agréable, service OK pour le petit déjeuner.
Entaché par les mesures COVID, mais ça c'est hors de contrôle de l'hôtel.
Si je dois y retourner, je le ferais sans hésiter.

Personnel très sympathique.
Chambres très mal insonorisées! On entend les portes qui claques à l'autre bout de l'hôtel, les bruits de pas..... à toute heures de la nuits.
