From then on the problems began, we spent two weeks WITHOUT HOT WATER, WITHOUT KITCHEN, OR DRYER, they literally had the gas turned off, every day we asked when the services would work again and they told us the same thing; tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow! I don't even want to ask anymore! WHAT I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW A HOTEL CAN CONTINUE RECEIVING PEOPLE AND WITHOUT GIVING ANSWERS TO THE GUESTS WHO WERE ALREADY THERE, LIKE THEY DO SO THEY DO NOT EVEN WANT TO PROVIDE YOU WITH HOT WATER, THE BASIC AND ESSENTIAL THINGS FOR EVERYTHING! We had to buy an electric stove. After all this, we decided to leave the place, leaving 10 days unoccupied! We talked to the manager that day and asked her!! How could we make what options they gave us knowing that they would not want to return the money for those 10 days! To which they replied that we could leave those 10 days to whoever we wanted with all the corresponding data; first name, last name, number, etc! The next day we left and left a person we met staying in the same hotel, which the manager of that day, GIOIA OR WHATEVER HER HER NAME, MADE US THROUGH THE WORST **** SITUATION... She suggested that we take the data and leave the 10 days free for them to RENT THE ROOM AGAIN and on the 31st, at the end of the month, she promised to call us and give us a refund for the days they supposedly rented! I went to the page for 10 days and everything was busy, we left the Netflix account open and another account was added to us by the person they rented it from. Since the 1st I have been calling them and no one shows their face, obviously on the 31st no one showed up! But I ask the Owners of the place! Who is responsible when there are these problems or any other? Because the first time I call and the people who answer the phone like Antonela, Johnatan, etc. who are the ones who speak Spanish, they wash their hands obviously they are employees but at least they train people to solve problems since their response is that The manager is never there, everything is very strange. Hotel very well located, in the heart of Miami Beach, across the street is the beach. As for the hotel, the receptionist who was there in the morning was very friendly and cordial, her attention was very good. The hotel has a swimming pool in the back, kitchen and refrigerator. As for the room, shower with plenty of hot water, comfortable bed. It has a safe in the room.

The mattresses are uncomfortable, the windows do not open, the bathroom windows cannot be kept open because they fall out by themselves, for cooking there are 8 burners (gas) of which 1 does not work, 5 work very badly and only 2 work.
