Allowed an hour early check-in since our flight got in early and the room was cleaned.
Very simple and very clean room.
Perfect location on Ocean Drive South Beach. Able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Very tidy apartments (not really hotel serviced), excellent location, quiet despite being very central, with great new restaurants nearby and Public Parking nearby.
Wifi in room not working but was helped by night staff who let me use operation's code.
In the absence of staff, a clever door control system works great
The rooms black out are not perfectly adjusted and the lower floor rooms are affected by strong facade lights

Easy check in held our luggage till room
was ready. Only issue was the code for front door entry to hotel. It didn’t work every time so we had to be let in. Same code worked fine on room door.

Awesome place, small hotel with great feel. Check in was a breeze, I was sent a text the morning of with my key code and walked right into my room without the long check-in process. I will stay again.

Super easy check in and out procedures. Very responsive staff and would text to check in daily. Room very clean and cute. Bathroom with hot shower and good pressure. Quiet, steps from the beach. Walkable to Art Deco district which is super cute. Highly recommend, will be staying here again next time we’re in Miami!!

This hotel is within walking distance to Miami Beach. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Unfortunately there were bugs crawling on the floor of the bathroom and we had to wait until morning to get more toilet paper, Kleenex, and shampoo.

Great hotel, beware of the reviews, the rooms are totally average size, very far away from what would be considered a “very small room”.
Location is unbeatable.
The only issue it’s indeed the internal noise, we could hear people walking on the hallway and in the room above. Very little to do, as it’s something structural. My only advice would be, when the hotel is not full like my case, to give more the rooms at the end. We were at the first room and the noise of people waking outside in the morning was very annoying.
Still would go back, considering location, cleanness and price.

Very basic place to stay. I’m guessing an older building that was renovated. Nicely done. Smallish room but nice and very clean. Bed and bedding were good. I would stay there again
