Great experience overall with great service. Wish the pool was open later. A lot of planes flying by to the airport, but don’t bother me at all.

Close to the Cruise lines, shuttle was available to and from the airport regularly. Food Truck on property was great.

Be careful when asking for assistance with uber. We ended up with a luxury taxi costing us over $50 for one way to Midtown mall

Front desk never answers the phone. We couldnt get in touch for the hotel shuttle, the tv didnt work and the front desk never answered the phone to fix the tv. Frankly horrendous service especially considering what they charge per night. " never again"

The shuttle service was great. Our driver, Oscar, was very personable, handled all of our many pieces of luggage, and was a pleasure after a long day in travel status. Check in was smooth - we got our onwsrd cruise shuttle booked at check-in for the next day. Convenience market in lobby was well-stocked Delicious foodtruck right outside as well. Room was large, clean, very comfortable. Great experience so far. Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow.

I booked this hotel for its close proximity to the airport. It is a very clean hotel with very friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

The property itself was great. Very clean, staff friendly. Breakfast and shuttle available. The issue during my experience was understanding how to get into the property as there is no clear wayfinding/signage from the roadway or clear directions along the ground that can guide someone driving into the property.
