We arrived and the woman at the desk seemed like we were a distraction from whatever she wanted to be doing. We were on the first floor, & the room itself was humid all the time because of the air system. No exhaust in the bathroom, instead a vent which was shared with all three floors. You could even hear people talking in the room above you when you were in the bathroom. The room was very dirty. Carpets probably harm my been cleaned in years! Couldn’t walk barefoot in the room, feet became black with dirt right away. We had to check out a day early because our airline changed our flight. No refund for the lost day, it was a merry go round because we used a 2nd party to book our room. But they had been paid months before we arrived, so it only made sense for them to credit us our stay, even if only to give the 2nd party permission to refund us. Also, the bathroom door was incorrectly installed after some kind of repair work and would hit the toilet every time you opened or closed it. Lastly I was sitting in the lobby when a bunch of People were checking out and the front desk person and the General Manager accused a patron of smoking pot in their room right in front of me and other people, causing a huge scene in the lobby. I’m not sure what would have been a better solution but there had to be one.
