Red Roof Inn Madisonville

Made reservations with trip.for one day. and got to motel and reservations where for the next I asked trip if the could change the dates and try told me that they have to have managers approval from the motel.. it took over 12 hrs and cause my family and I to sleep in our vehicles the manager at this motel is shady and very rude he didn't want to change the reservation and tried to get me to double pay for one night The rooms has roaches and crickets in them and the floors where nasty (looked like the haven't been mopped in months) I won't be back at this motel and I won't recommend this hotel to anybody.. The employees and the manger at this hotel will treat you like crap and automatically assume the worse about you.. and they have hidden fees they will not tell you about up front

I arrived a bit early butdecoded to go ahead and stop by. Themanagerwasa wonderful person so friendly. Anyway my room Was beautiful, and So very clean. My dogs were welcome. They had a station for them to explore. Poop station supplies. The room has a front door and each room has a sliding glass door. Heavy blackout draws and a very secure locking system. I enjoyed the red roof in. If stay in Madisonville again. I will stay here.

Had many problems with noisy people on first day staying here. This was my second night staying at the hotel. It was from Saturday night to Sunday morning. The hotel rents to work crews working construction in the area. My room is near the rooms of the work crews. The workers wake me up at 2 am Saturday night and 6 am Sunday morning when they coming and going. I go outside in the morning and tell them other people are still sleeping, but then they just make more noise louder. I talk with the manager about the noise, and he seems not surprised. So maybe other guests have also complained. This hotel is cheaper than other hotels nearby, but not worth it if you want to actually sleep. I guess you could wear earplugs if you don't need alarm to wake you.

I stayed here on Friday night to Saturday morning. The hotel rents to work crews working construction in the area. At 2 am, I was woken up by loud talking in Spanish and slamming doors at the rooms around my room. Then Saturday morning at 6 am, the boss is banging on doors and yelling outside at workers to wake up. I try to go back to sleep, and then the housekeeping workers come, talking loud outside the room. So not a night of good sleep for me. I realize hotels are not always quiet in the morning because guest leaving don't care other people are sleeping, but I think this situation was unreasonable.

I booked a room, got a confirmation number, went to a late football game, went to check into the hotel, and figured out they had cancelled my reservation and rented the room to someone else. So how do you think I would rate the Red Roof Inn in Madisonville?

The room had been remodeled. With new furniture the walls were not done well by the paint crew still looked old with a new paint job. The bathroom didn't look to have been cleaned well. Desk attendant was not sure if we had already paid or not. Overall decent room for the price.

I didn’t stay. ******* overbooked and I got charged anyway. This is deceit and theft.

It nothing fancy but it’s clean and the bed and pillows are great.

Not fancy, but clean & comfortable. Exactly what we needed.
