It’s a decent older property, tucked away off the highway. Lots of food options close, the breakfast they offer is very carb & bread based with limited hot options. They are first come first serve, unless you can talk the attendant into providing more. The rooms can stand some more updating focused on the tub/showers, door locks/security, & finishing trim.

We reserved a room with a king-sized bed. Upon arrival, we were advised that the only king room available had no working key entry. So whenever we needed to access our room we had to go to the office and have someone open our door with their master key. This was a hassle! The toilet seat was broken. The faucet was loose. The water was not very hot.

Breakfast 6-9 by 7 AM there was no food. They did not put out much, no one was around to ask anything.

We just needed a clean, quiet place to stay for the night before moving on up the road. We were pleasantly surprised by this small motel in Madisonville. Most significantly, the room was very clean and had no tobacco, pet, or mildew smells that seem so prevalent in this industry.
The front desk staff were polite and very helpful.

Super easy going staff and convenient amenities such as laundry. Also with laundry detergent on site sold for a dollar. Pet friendly ! Can go on and on about this place very good place to stay the night especially for the area.

The bed was very comfortable but other things such as vanity sink faucet was very loose and toilet seat was broken. Bath tub had mildew. The service was adequate. Overall the hotel was ok but not as nice as we expected
