If you have never visited Milan, Italy, you might want to give it a thought. And if you do decide to go, consider staying at the Sheraton Milan San Siro. Even though this hotel is located just inside a big city, it is surrounded by green spaces. Beautifully updated and decorated, refreshing, clean and pleasantly relaxing would be my description of this property. I especially enjoyed the views of the garden from the bar area. The staff at the hotel completes the perfect picture of an amazing stay. From the moment I arrived and was greeted at the front desk by Francesco, till my departure seven days later, the staff went above and beyond to insure I had a wonderful experience. Thank you Francesco for all your help, suggestions, kindness and for making me feel welcome. You are a dedicated and admirable person and I am delighted to see someone like you working in the tourism industry. In addition, I would like to recognize Fernando, who assisted me with my luggage, offered suggestions for things to do and places to visit and answered a multitude of tourist type questions. I appreciate your help, patience and your smile and wish you all the best in your future with the Sheraton. Conveniently located in the hotel, is a very nice bar and restaurant. Sometimes the food is excellent and sometimes it isn’t. I ate at the hotel daily and most of the time I enjoyed my meal. Breakfast is outstanding and there are lots of good healthy choices. My advice to future visitors, give it a try ….. and when you do, say hello to Luca at the bar. Luca definitely does his best to make sure you get good service and I for one am thankful for his continued efforts to always give 100% to every guest, no matter how busy he is! I used the gym every day and the equipment and the view are the best you can imagine. I definitely appreciate the maintenance and housekeeping in this area of the hotel. Everything worked perfectly and there was always clean towels, water and cleaning wipes. Generally speaking, the housekeeping at the Sheraton Marriott San Siro is outstanding. Since I am a Lifetime Titanium member with Marriott, I can assure you that I understand good housekeeping and this hotel has achieved a very high level of consistency in this area. Congratulations on a job well done. There are many helpful people who work at this hotel, unfortunately I can’t mention every person I came in contact with, but I do want to say thank you to Jessica at the front desk for her shopping suggestions. Most women all over the world appreciate good shopping advice and without Jessica’s suggestions I would have missed one the the best opportunities of my trip! Thanks so much Jessica, for taking the time and having the interest in helping me locate my favorite shopping area ever. I sincerely appreciate it. Hopefully I will be able to return again sometime in the future. My best regards to everyone, Ms J Swanson

No contact with the client only on the first day to have the keys then more person the Reception is closed. I asked for a baby bed I still waiting for it ... breakfast is fine but no more. The pool is very beautiful but there is no surveillance from the owner and people bath with a full bathroom so hygiene level I saw better ! Private evenings are organized a gentle request to children not to go using the swelling games ... the owner seeks profitability, the animals are present but no contact is offered shortly they take note of presence for The rooms are served first at breakfast it is not correct. The wallpapers are changed with the costs indicated on a sheet in the room it is delire given the prices applied! The location is very close to Milan car, no attention is given to your arrival so do your search before you leave. The staff doesn't hold the business around the pool it's the sok all the time there's everywhere and the waste is not talking about ... in fact it's a place to sleep and just. The restaurant is too expensive for the dishes offered the risotto is really not super strange for Italians, in short I will not go back there. Finally, breakfast 7:30 9:30 is just not possible it takes at least an hour more and household women who do not understand that we are on holiday and that if we want to sleep up to 11:00 is our right pffff is good they have come We're waking up two times at 15 minutes.

This had been booed as it advertised being close to milan centre and near the football stadium with great local shops and bars.. It was definitely not this we arrived and checked ourselves in as no one was there we got to the room and were very disappointed the decor is very old bed is almost low enough to be on the floor, bathroom was modern but absolutely stunk of urine!! We tried to put our Europe adaptor in the wall to be great Ed with plaster filling out the sockets and everytime we tried to use it a electrical buzzing from the socket!! We also had a kettle provided that wouldn't fit in any off the sockets on the wall there was no tea or coffee facilities just a kettle on its own?! As they had said there was local bars and restaurants we thought we would leave and get some food after a long day of travel nope there was one bar that we found after walking around the local area for a hour didn't serve food and all the other restaurants seem to have closed down or were not open. Couldn't even get a local supermarket. Had no access to WiFi so when we tryed to order uber eats or just eats it wouldn't work.. Eventually we caved and decide to see if there was anything else available in milan that night we jumped a uber and ended up in the four star hotel da Vinci which might I add only charger 30 euros more a night than hear and was incredible.. This place is more a hostel than a B&B I stay in the Highlands of Scotland in a community of B&B owners and they would be horrified someone could call this a B&B I'm sure the owner is nice but this almost ruined our trip and almost jump on a flight back to Scotland thank god for hotel da Vinci saving the day.

Me and my partner spent some time there. After leaving, we had forgotten a costly item at the hotel. Upon trying to reach them to retrieve said item, we were met with disinterest on their hand. We tried emails, calls and reaching out to them on social media, all to no avail. It's been a month since we haven't heard anything about said item, and we are honestly very dissapointed at how our situation was dealt with.

Our short stay was comfortable and good overall. We had a room close to the entrance and the kitchen so it was a bit noisy very early in the morning. Other than that the staff was helpful and polite, the room was comfy and clean. The hotel is right across the stadium if you are interested. The public transport is not far away but the walk to and from the metro station was a bit frightening late at night in the dark as the area is very quiet because of the stadium. Still, we enjoyed our stay.
