Glam Milano Reviews

This time we arrived in the afternoon. We always stay at Glam if we have an event in Milan. They recognized us having stayed here before and we got a room on the 9th floor. Very nice room, great view. I like the price / quality combi. Very nice hotel to explore Milan also in the evening to get a nice bite and drink.

Very good place for stay in Milan

Nice located with two underground entrances on both sides, so convenient to go to places of interest. Restaurants all around with McDonald’s so there’s no need to worry if arrive at night or leave too early. Wonderful breakfast supplying, and the room was clean and tidy. Had a great trip here!

The location is just perfect, 1 min walk from the central station. Many restaurants near by. The windows were sound proof which is a very plus. The hotel too has an inn house bar in the lobby which is very ideal for couple of hrs for solo travel like me.

Great location right across Milan central train station, doesn’t offer tea or coffee in the room

Very good location; 5 mins walk from the station and 20mins walk to Duomo. Easy access to the Metro as well. The lady at reception who welcomed us when we arrived was very nice (half pony tail and blond). The phone in the room doesnt work; had to go down to ask for a kettle. The room is really small though as well as the bed. Great that they allow us to store the luggage before check in and after check out. View from the room overlooking the station is not bad. Not noisy.

Service: Glam Hotel did not honour the booking but instead they put me up at Smart Hotel next door. Hence the review is on Smart Hotel. No explanation was given by Glam except that they had issues with their reservation system. My friends checked in 1 day earlier with no issues. Smart only provided body shower gel. No soap toothbrush etc.i also could not adjust the room temperature. It was hot. Room was clean though.

The hotel is situated very close to the Milan Centrale FS station. Location is near the Centrale FS subway exit and there are nearby restaurants and supermarkets. Room is basic and clean, sufficient for a good night rest.

The location is just perfect. The hotel is stylish but it needs a bit of TLC.

Very bad experience and rude personnel. Shower was broken. Water drain was clogged so the room floated with water. Receptionist was not helpful.

Nice and easy access to everywhere

The best hotel to stay if you are staying one night only for taking the early flight for early morning as it’s right in front of central station and so convenient to arrive or leave by train even taking the bus to the airport early in the morning. Plus the metro exit is right in front of hotel so also convenient to go to the center with 4 stops only to Duomo!!! Always my best stay before leaving for airport next day!!!!
