Single room, clean, convenient and comfortable. Varied and good quality breakfast. Friendly service.

The service is good and the breakfast is acceptable. Milan Fashion Week is basically 2k per night. In fact, the price/performance ratio is low. There is a problem with the room. After it is locked inside, it can be opened by swiping the card outside. This security problem is a bit. The service is really warm and friendly. The cappuccino for breakfast is excellent.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, affordable and accommodating. Did not have time to partake in the breakfast, but I popped down to check it out and it looked great. Only issue we had was that the shower was slow to drain, but we were only there from 2 quick nights, so it wasn't a big deal. Close to Bocconi University for those visiting the area.

It is a charming hotel, with very good single rooms and bathrooms with splendid walk-in showers My room even had good art by a well-known artist. The breakfast was excellent and the service very helpful and nice. I shall crtainly go back

Very nice hotel with clean room and super friendly stuff. A big plus, there are a lot of good restaurants just near the hotel.

Great hotel but a little farther from the city center and arena than anticipated. Part of the error falls on me as I didn’t fully understand the transit system but all in all a good experience.

Great location, neat personnel and easy accessible by public transport. Drawback: thin walls and neighbours that come home at 02:00 and then have a conversation for 2 hours I could follow if I understood Italian (and I even sleep through New Year’s Eve normally).

Very clean and well kept. Service was wonderful and the people were friendly and courteous. The breakfast was amazing and the cappuccino was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very helpful English-speaking staff in a good location walking distance from restaurants, grocery, Metro, and Bocconi. Nice breakfast, too, starting at 7 am. I’m a satisfied repeat customer and will continue to return!

Great location 2 blocks from Bocconi University where I was attending a conference. Tram accessible across the street and short walk to subway. Good restaurants of varying prices close by with friendly staff. Hotel staff were unfailingly helpful, cheerful and friendly. Room was a little small and air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own but room was comfortable. Outlets did not all work which means for these gadget obsessed days means you have to be resourceful to keep your gadgets electron quota up but it was easy to do. We had a fine time.
