The location of the hotel is relatively remote, and it feels like a budget hotel. The room size is okay, big bed. Breakfast was poor, better than nothing. There are few restaurants near the hotel, making it inconvenient to eat.

We stayed here for three weeks, Overall, my stay at the hotel was good. The staffs were attentive, my room was comfortable, and the amenities were great. However, the breakfast variety was a bit lacking. While the quality was good, there weren't as many options as I would have liked. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to others.

The staff is very accommodating. The location is NOT GOOD for walking to the Duomo square or other tourist attractions in the city. Cabs are required.

The feont desk team members were so helpful. They were attentive and congenial. The hotel is not as close to the tourist attractions, which does require a car or cab because walking would be long. It would be helpful if the hotel staff would provide written instructions on how to SUCCESSFULLY USE the Metro a system to travel.

I recommend this facility for their courtesy, helpfulness, cleanliness and professionalism. The free shuttle service to the IEO is great. The staff provides all the necessary information for travel and restaurants in the area.

Good quality three-star hotel with services such as airport shuttle, restaurant service with delivery, spacious and comfortable rooms, very helpful staff. Excellent cost/quality, shame about the garage rate per night being a bit high. Recommended

Dilapidated structure, unhelpful staff, disproportionate price. I wouldn't go back. Furnishings and doors worthy of a hostel, room cost at the level of a good 4 star. It is worth staying outside Milan rather than receiving such poor service.

Unsafe and expensive parking is of no benefit. Slow and noisy elevator.

We stayed in this hotel so we could go to IEO. The hotel has the right comforts to be peaceful. Clean and tidy hotel. The free shuttle service is a great thing. But their strong point is the staff. Very kind and very helpful. They manage to make you smile even when you have little to smile about.

Regardless of the criteria followed for the award of "super", I cannot help but note that I expected much more. The hotel, although conveniently located, is in a decidedly unattractive place, which certainly doesn't invite you to take a walk. The structure seen from the outside is decidedly ugly, and once inside you find yourself climbing a steep, albeit short, staircase without any help. The hall consists of 2 sofas overlooking the aforementioned staircase, and the restaurant room where we were served breakfast, almost depressing, small and with ultra-spartan furnishings. And speaking of breakfast, the cost of it seemed exorbitant to me, given what was offered (among other things, the savory menu consisted of Susanna cheeses and an unpleasant rustic cake). The room was large and beautiful, with a small balcony and a comfortable bathroom. Very hot. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. The price is decidedly high.

My experience in this hotel was very positive, staff were almost all friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable. I would have liked it if there was also a restaurant owned by them, equipped to prepare meals too, since I have a food intolerance and a serious problem of difficulty swallowing and have insurmountable limits in being able to eat in a normal, packed restaurant. of people near my table. But in any case my opinion is excellent, particular thanks go to the Director of the Hotel and to Mr. Gio' for the care shown. Paola Dalla Bona and Antonio Marras

Good morning. My experience at the Rex hotel was not positive, especially due to the inhumane trea**ent received upon departure, as I had undergone surgery the day before the IEO and was unable to stay an extra day in their hotel due to various personal needs and unavailability. of the room (not booked in advance because they postponed the date of the surgery by 1 day). We stayed in that hotel for 6 nights and spent quite a bit in relation to the type of hotel and what they offered... and we also "enjoyed" the agreement with the ieo! Upon arrival the room was not ready and we waited about 30 minutes to enter (check in time was 4pm, we arrived at 4.30pm but managed to get in at 5pm!), but for us this was not a serious problem and we waited patiently . However, I am telling you this background because it became a problem upon departure since I had asked for the courtesy of being able to stay in the room until at least 11.30 before heading to the station for departure. I was allowed to stay until 11am, telling me that it was already an exception to the rule as other clients would be arriving in the same conditions as me, so the fact that I had just had surgery and that I wasn't feeling very well couldn't in any way "favor me". ”. We then resigned ourselves and waited at the reception sitting on the sofas, me semi-lying down due to nausea and dizziness. While we were waiting for the right time to call the taxi, an Asian customer checks out and comes down from her room conveniently at 11.35am and is told nothing. Furthermore, there were no new customers ready to join. At this point I got angry because the lack of humanity is the most serious of sins! Having brought this to the attention of the operator at reception, he showed us the sheet with the "rules" of the hotel: rules that must be respected only at check out and not at check in when they let us in at 5pm. Rules that must be respected only for tourists and not for people who are unwell. This is the main lack (which disappointed me very much), to which I add that the gym hasn't been there for 2 years and instead they still talk about it in the emails they send during the booking phase, that the Wi-Fi doesn't work on the floors and every evening we called the reception to let us know but we were told that if we had problems in the room we could go downstairs to use the internet and for the same reason Netflix and Sky could not be seen and finally the distance from the airport is not 2.5km... but these become venial sins in the face of the insensitivity demonstrated!

Response from Property: Good morning, I apologize in advance if I get straight to the point, for reasons of space I have to be concise and, for privacy reasons, I cannot reply as I would like. I also apologize if I won't reply to your email but since you have done reviews on TRIPADVISOR and GOOGLE I will reply from here. After some checks with colleagues and staff I can reply as follows: His standard room was actually already ready, since you had to stay for 6 days the colleague thought it best to make you wait a little longer to be able to assign the room to you 305 which is slightly larger and with a nice balcony overlooking the park. From what I understand you were also asked if waiting a few more minutes would create problems for you... I confirm that, as we were fully booked, we could not agree to your request to extend your stay. After promptly informing her, we offered to find her an alternative solution nearby, we have NEVER abandoned our customers and NEVER will. Do you think that we always remained open even during covid despite having very few customers at home, but that's another story... The colleague rightly and dutifully granted you an extension compared to the normal check out time, as no one will have noticed. 'he called to ask. If she wasn't well she should have stayed in the room longer, no one would have kicked her out, I assure you... The Asian client who left at 11.35 was NOT told anything because there was nothing to say... what did she expect What were we doing scolding her? Of course there are rules but we're not in college... What do you think? inhuman for her and for other humans? 1) I confirm that there is no gym. 2) Thank you for reporting the absence of the Wii Fii signal in the rooms. I will have a technician check what you reported. 3) Netflix travels on the internet so if the Wii Fii signal is unstable it doesn't work. 4) Sky is free and functional, it is tuned to channels from 301 to 308. 5) The distance from the IEO is around 2.5 km, as you can confirm, our free shuttle gets there in around 8/10 minutes. As for your statement “lack of humanity and sensitivity is the gravest of sins!” We kindly ask you to remove it as the colleague who checked you out had NO intention of offending you and in any case does not deserve these words.
