Got a room in the frist floor, very noicy from the trafic and train, changed to 5.th floor. Extremely hot, no ventilation, could not turn on aircondition. The building is very old and you could hesr every small noice from the neighbor rooms. I will never Stay here again.

Unfortunately, Milan is very overpriced for accomodation so this one one of the only options. The checkin guy was nice, however for the price it's severely lacking in quality.

La reserva se había hecho para 2 adultos y 2 niños. Al llegar, me hicieron un cobro adicional por 50 euros porque la habitación era triple y según ellos debía pagar por una cama adicional.

Mi hanno cancellato senza il mio consenso la prenotazione su booking, non accettano il pos, al c'ero out con una scusa non mi hanno fatto la ricevuta dicendo che me l'avrebbero invitata successivamente (mai arrivata) purtroppo non avevo alternativa e fretta per stare li a discutere. La struttura è vecchia, fatiscente,.sporca....fa schifo!

Para hacer el check-in cancelaron nuestra reserva realizada a través de Booking y nos obligaron a pagar la estancia en efectivo. Al llegar a la habitación encontramos las sábanas manchadas, las paredes sucias y desconchadas de la humedad, y algunos mecanismos de la instalación eléctrica sin sus protectores. En el baño, la mampara de la ducha estaba sucia y rota, y en lugar de repararla habían colocado una cortina de ducha. Por la noche pasamos un calor insoportable, pese a tener la ventana abierta y el ventilador encendido. En resumen, una mala experiencia nada recomendable.

Complessivamente struttura poco curata, necessita di ristrutturazione. L'interruttore della luce era fuori dalla stanza, nel corridoio. Abbiamo preso una camera con bagno privato e siamo stati per due giorni senza acqua calda perché sostenevano che la caldaia fosse rotta, e non ci potevano fare niente... Il secondo giorno anche il riscaldamento non funzionava. Assolutamente da non andarci.

Pessima esperienza, camera con bagno privato SENZA ACQUA CALDA. Lo staff (se così si può definire, spesso non presente alla reception) non si è minimamente adoperato per venire incontro a questo enorme disagio nonostante le nostre sentite rimostranze. Camera fatiscente; sono entrata nel bagno in comune sul piano per verificare se c'era acqua calda (che non c'era) e le condizioni di pulizia della doccia erano terribili! Porta della doccia rotta, rattoppata con una tendina VERGOGNOSI!!

La mia esperienza presso l’Hotel Galla è stata ottimale, personale cordiale, disponibile e non mi posso lamentare di nulla, dalla pulizia ai servizi messi a disposizione. Difficile, se non impossibile, trovare in centro a Milano ampie stanze con questi prezzi, considerando la posizione e i relativi servizi a disposizione nei dintorni. Consiglio vivamente, e senz’altro farò ritorno! Cinque stelle meritate tutte
