DO NOT STAY HERE.
The rooms are dirty, the pillow is dirty the bedsheet had dirty stain. The safety box was not working. The bathroom door was damaged. The Shower head was rusty & dirty. The shower area drain doesn't drain water. Water kettle was dirty & has unpleasant smell. We requested for a new room which they provided & was better but then problems again happened on the new room. The aircon was not cooling, The aircon vents was so dirty you could see the dust from the Outer vents!! the hair dryer was so dusty inside, the refrigerator was not cooling, the sink was not draining at all!! We asked to have the aircon checked & sink checked but to our surprise it was not addressed the following day. We asked again to fix but then we were told no one can fix it. I had to fix it myself. Also. The room was not cleaned properly by their cleaners, we still had dirt & hair on the floor. They were able to address this by having a thorough cleaning done the next day but even after this. the aircon vents was still dirty! dusts all over which we asked to clean but not addressed. We asked the reception to relay our concerns to the manager but all they tell us to do is that we can email our concerns to the management, and they gave us the calling card.
Finally upon check out they apoligized & the manager had a note for us, he was asking our bank details to be emailed to them for our refund. We had already emailed & it has been almost a month now but still until now they have not given any reply to our emails and no refund was processed from their end at all. The management doesn't seem to care about the condition of the rooms as long as they have guests. So I would rather advise people to better not stay there at all. oh & one more thing, the WIFI doesn't work well too! it's always on and off!
